“We are so lucky to have our local Les Schwab. I'm always greeted by a friendly staff member. I had a noise, sounded like the driver's side front wheel. Justin checked it thoroughly, on the rack and driving with and without me in the car. He indicated that all is well, gave me a written summary and gave me total confidence.”

“There's a couple guys here that will go above & beyond to give you great customer service. So naturally there are a couple of grouchy mechanics, to even it out.”

“Great service on front end and tire work today. Went out of their way to help solve unrelated issue. Will be repeat customer. Stepdad used to take all his farm machinery there if he couldn’t fix it himself”

“My husband and I have been Les Schwab tire customers for over 40 years. We recommend the Independence store. They are trustworthy, local, and nice. Just had the oil changed in our car, and it went well. They even rotated the tires for free.”
