If you’re looking for someone who remembers you by name and talks to you like a human being, Carolyn is it. I just hope that the new owners treat her well because she’s been doing this for several years and they will be hard pressed to find a decent replacement.”

I decided to visit the office at this location to ask why and start the move out process. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Lillian who listened to my concerns and explained why my rate increased. She also took time out of her day to find exactly what I was looking for because I needed a bigger unit anyway. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for a great deal. “We had a great experience renting a space from the place for a couple of months when we moved and had not had time to sort through all of our belongings. The office staff was really helpful and communicative as needed. The unit was plenty of space for what we needed and at a better price than other options I'd seen. Access was easy and they have plenty of carts to load and unload stuff with, which were always available. I highly recommend A Storage Place in Clackamas!”

It’s one thing to have someone kindly help you set up a storage unit, but it’s another to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares. After a long and tiring day, his kindness really meant a lot and made me feel welcomed in a new city.”

“The process was very simple, the price was right and the payment process was a breeze. Got my gate code by text, keys in unit easy peasy. Love when things are simple like that, if you need a place to store some things even just for a little while just until you get back on your feet even, or for long term for holiday stuff, this storage facility would indeed be a place I’d recommend. Staff member available as well, I’ve seen him around so I know if in case I did have a question there is someone around during regular business hours of course so that’s also reassuring.”

“First, I was greeted at the front office door (which was unlocked 10 minutes early for me). I was greeted by name. The entire check in process was awesome. I was able to change my reservation and get a ground floor unit which is what I needed. I was shown where to park and when I had to go for food, my moving truck (a 26 footer) was allowed to stay in the parking lot and was on camera so I didn't have to worry about it.
This was the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I highly recommend using this facility!”
