“Public storage saved me and my family from the nightmare experience with UHaul storage. We had rented a truck to move 4 states and with it Uhaul was supposed to have a 10×10 one month free, reserved and ready for move in and yet after days of driving and needing to store alot of our things, Uhaul took over an hour at the counter lost and confused and unclear then finally told us they did not have a unit and it just kept going from there. So once we had enough we looked up Public Storage and after about 10 minutes with a very simple online reservation and rental completion we had a code for the gate and were finally able to unload the truck. Public storage saved the day and proved they have superior service and facilities and are reliable with amazing customer service to go with it. The woman that called to confirm my reservation was so kind, understanding and patient, because at that point Uhaul had me pretty upset, and she made it so much easier which was what we needed at that point. Also, the genteman who called to follow up on how our move it went and if i had any concerns or question or needs was a pleasant surprise and welcomed. I will ALWAYS use Public Storage from here on out and suggest everyone does.”
