I decided to visit the office at this location to ask why and start the move out process. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Lillian who listened to my concerns and explained why my rate increased. She also took time out of her day to find exactly what I was looking for because I needed a bigger unit anyway. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for a great deal. Customer service like this is so few and far between these days so it was extremely refreshing to do business with Lillian. I’d highly recommend her to any of my family and friends. “I have been a customer at this establishment for at least six years, renting vans and trucks, filling propane tanks, regularly enough to recognize the staff each time. The team is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and kind. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for these services.
When they get busy, as every business does from time to time, you'll see that one customer who thinks they're more important than everyone else. You know, the ones who will make everyone else wait longer so they don't have to wait at all? I've never had a bad experience at this location, except when people like that show up. Maybe sometimes people just get what they give.”
