“Never had an issue getting the front desk staff to do their job. Generally pleasant experience; the often long line is a result of Gresham having only one post office and it being understaffed. Still have never had them refuse to scan packages unlike other stations.
The addition of the large parcel self-serve kiosk has made having to wait for PO Box service much less frustrating.”
“Naomi and Samuel are amazing!!! I received a letter from the IRS that they did not receive our 2023 Tax Return and we needed to send them confirmation of delivery. I only had the date and dollar amount of the usps purchase for mailing in the tax return. They both went above and beyond! They researched extensively and found all of the tracking from Estacada to Cincinnati and the signed delivery confirmation! What a blessing...I am truly grateful! Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service!!!”
