They don't take payments over the phone, and he let my coworker pick up the belt and asked me to come in and pay for it once my truck was fixed, which I did. The store was clean and well stocked. Thank you Duane.”

“I can’t say enough great things about White's Collision in Medford, Oregon. From start to finish, Frank went absolutely above and beyond for me. He personally picked up my car, kept me updated every step of the way, and was completely transparent throughout the entire repair process. He made sure only OEM parts were used, which gave me so much confidence in the quality and safety of the repair. There were no surprises, just honest communication and genuine care. Coming from someone who works in customer service, I truly recognize when someone is going the extra mile and Frank absolutely does. He is clearly for the customer and not just about making money. He helped me in every way possible and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. If you’re looking for someone honest, skilled, and who genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“These guys are amazing! I was on a road trip when I bought a new truck and needed my trailer hitch adjusted. They got me right in, made an adjustment to the hitch right away, and had me come back in a few days to assess my entire setup. As a woman traveling alone, I am a target for getting ripped off and endless mansplaining. None of that from Hardcastles - I knew they cared about my safety and accommodated my need to get it done quicky before leaving town. I can't say enough great things about them!”
