“When I was rear-ended this summer Lithia took care of me quickly and professionally. I had an estimate from another shop that had more than twice the amount of cosmetic work that needed to be done and the earliest appointments were >2 months out. In talking to my service advisor at Southern Oregon Subaru he mentioned checking out Lithia, and they were able to get me in within a couple days for an estimate and based on the damage get parts in within the week. A few days expected repair turned into just over a day and it's impossible to tell where the repair was done on the car.When I had issues with the other party's insurance not paying for an aspect of the claim Lithia was quick in getting me the information I needed to dispute things and finally get paid for alignment work from the accident that had already been completed.Services: Painting”

“I called to get an estimate for a paint touch up for some minor flaking on the front bumper of my vehicle. The owner answered the phone promptly and was very polite, friendly and sincere. He gave me a few options to consider for fixing the chipping paint. The flaking ended up being so minor that I was able to touch the bumper up myself with a touch up pen so I did not use his business BUT I will certainly reach out to him for any future work needed due to his sincerity. Excellent customer service!”

A $6 throttle cable because a real repro is $60, a bus steering damper - which replaced original perfectly, and a brake light switch for only $10.50.
