Ms Paula is an amazing Asset to AT&T she helped me with an issue that my so called “Home Expert” left me in, after days of not being able to find a solution Ms Paula gave it her all and came up with a solution for me while I was in Eugene Oregon, I travel for work so it was vital that I resolved my phone issues and she did just that!
Thank you Ms Paula, your customer service, professionalism, patience and just and all around nice person was greatly appreciated you were truly my guardian angel!

Been waiting for awhile now in store and only one employee. All would be ok if I was told how long to wait when I first arrived. I came here also to get a Euro connection and was told my phone would work instantly in the UK. That wasn’t correct and was a nightmare there and finally got it working but not without consequences

I recently stopped in the AT&T store to make some changes on my account (transfer a line from another carrier and add another user to a group account). The change we were making ended up being somewhat complicated, but the manager Paula helped us navigate through it, and even called AT&T three times to find someone who could finalize the change we made. If it weren't for her help, I doubt we would have been able to do this. She's the best.

I was having issues and mAde a couple trips to this store. The manager Paula and her employee Hunter went over and beyond to help me solve my issues. I was frustrated and very thankful for them. I drive by two other stores but will always go here if I need something. They are amazing

This store isn't even open. Here at 1:00, no sign on the door saying why they are closed. Not a good practice if you're trying to keep customers with your company. Already canceled the internet service due to poor customer service. Now I'm looking for another cell company. Good luck with the ATT Stocks.

I went into this location to pay off my device and then cancel my service. Ty was there at the time and helped me through the process. Even though I had planned to cancel my service, Ty still took the time to give me valuable information on how to get my sim card unlocked and also explained that I should wait to cancel service if I want to keep my number with another service provider (Which I do!). Ty was obviously super helpful. Overall I left feeling well informed and happy I was able to accomplish what I came to do.
