I went there with my mom, who struggles with multiple disabilities, and the blonde woman, I think she may have been the store manager, was amazing. Very patient, very authentic, and very helpful. My mom told me after that she felt respected and not talked down to. I felt the same way. And she had good humor.

Paula helped me with unlocking my sim and she made the experience so great! I was able to get everything done so I can get my SIM card for china. A much better experience than the other ATnT store in Eugene.
