Backcountry Gear is an awesome, little outdoor shop with a well put-together store. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, sweet, and patient. They take extra time to answer questions and help customers find what they need. The store has a great and impressive selection of gear, including climbing shoes and mountaineering packs, often at great prices. They constantly have sales and pricematch. Their online customer service is also very good and prompt. It is a super cool store that customers always visit when in town and will definitely return to.
Finn was so incredibly kind and helpful! Took lots of extra time to help me find what I needed and answered all of my questions. Extremely knowledgeable and sweet staff.
