“I went into Title Nine in Eugene a couple of years ago and found my favorite-ever bathing suit. The staff was super friendly and encouraging which is nice when shopping for a bathing suit. Who doesn't love a little body positivity! Since then, it has always felt like a place I am happy to support. Yesterday I happened to be passing by and popped in. I found a couple of pieces that I liked but wasn't sure about. After Ashley helped me style them, they were perfect though. Wanly was also super helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to go shopping and have the staff feel more like friends than salespeople. Ashley and Wanly were both honest about what looked good and what suited me. They made the whole experience really outstanding. Title Nine is all about the experience! From start to finish, you know you can count on finding quality, good vibes, and versatile clothing that will last.”

“Went their to find a gift for my husband. Found a new putter cover for him. The golf associate in golf department was very helpful. Advised me that the cover I picked out wasn't quite right fit so he got me the correct one. Noticed his grip wasn't the best so I asked associate if he had more grips he said yes and showed me where they were. I called my husband so he could pick proper size. The associate installed the grip while I waited. Wonderful place. Good employees that are interested in helping get the correct equipment.”

“I don't think the selection is as big as I want it to be, but they carry the core of Nikes product line, and represent it, well. My step son and I went down Monday evening and received excellent service. We selected our shoes, asked for a couple different sizes, sent back for a couple of other sizes and promptly received our new selections. Proceeded to the counter, had a very cheerful, smiling, lady help us. She offered for us to sign up for the app on our mobile device and this gave us 15% off our entire purchase. Excellent service and then to provide us a way to get 15% off. We couldn't have asked for more. I've heard some not so positive comments about this store. I'm glad I went and evaluated my own experience, because it was EXCELLENT! Thank you again to the lady working at 5:54 pm on Labor Day - you made our day!”

Then realized they also carry new RETROSPEC bikes that I have seen online which are a rare find in size 58CM / Large for my tall height 5'9" with extra long legs. I was informed a new shipment is coming in and came by today to see the bike I was asking about, being built. I rode home on my dream bike and the size and speed feels dreamy! Highly recommend this business and Retrospec bikes!”

“Selection is pretty good, but not a lot of sizes. Also I I don’t understand why I have to give my email address in order to get a receipt.The shoes ended up being too small for my son and I had to go back to exchange them. Since I didn’t have my receipt the salesman said he would have to give me the lowest sale price which was $49.99. I paid $100 for them. He ended up looking up my transaction and credited my card, but it was quite the process. If customers had the option to get a paper receipt, it would have made the experience better.I called corporate and was not understood. I had to discontinue the call because we were just going in circles and not getting anywhere.”

“Run Hub is my go to running store in Eugene. It's a small store but they have a lot. The employees are all extremely knowledgeable about running as well as about every product in the store. Right when you walk in they immediately ask if you need assistance with anything. Super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of Gus and gels as well as all kinds of running socks.
