“While on a bicycle trip, I had a problem and my front tire needed replacing. We called a couple of days earlier and they had the tire I needed, a 700x50 which most shops don't carry. I stopped by on 9/9 and the mechanic promptly replaced my tire, adjusted the gearing, and lubed the bike without even being asked. As with every bike shop we've been in on our cross-country trip, he dropped what he was working on and immediately worked on my bike in a very friendly and efficient manner. He only charged for the tire and mounting, not for the other work done. Good job and much appreciated!”

“Have gone in twice recently, once for a checkup & bent fender repair and once to replace my kickstand. Got both services for free aside from the cost of the kickstand (because my bike is new), and employee interaction is the best you could ask for imo. The first service took overnight (presumably because I brought it in on a Sunday) and the second just a few minutes.”

So much better than trying to deal with a medical equipment company! Today they put new tires on my wheels.”
