“While on a bicycle trip, I had a problem and my front tire needed replacing. We called a couple of days earlier and they had the tire I needed, a 700x50 which most shops don't carry. I stopped by on 9/9 and the mechanic promptly replaced my tire, adjusted the gearing, and lubed the bike without even being asked. As with every bike shop we've been in on our cross-country trip, he dropped what he was working on and immediately worked on my bike in a very friendly and efficient manner. He only charged for the tire and mounting, not for the other work done. Good job and much appreciated!”
