Arrived from overseas with a phone that wouldn't work on USA networks and this shop set me up with a used Samsung which didn't break my budget and got me connected. Very patient and thorough. Very much appreciated

Have had great experiences with them in the past but my most recent one was disappointing. They will absolutely take advantage of you anyway they can so do your research before dealing with them. Offering 50 dollars for a phone they were selling for 400 and and 30 for one they had at 200. I will not be returning as a customer... read full comment

Website says buys broken phones but neglects to state they don't buy Android phones that are broken. Only offered $25 for a phone in perfect condition that is currently over $300. Friendly staff but got me thinking about opening a second hand cell phone business. Especially if they are getting people with those prices!
