“Wonderful store. I go in there or call if I need help with my phone and the store is always very clean and quiet. When I switched carriers I went into the store and they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which was pretty nice. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about iPhones and watches. We got a great deal on T-Mobile internet that’s worked great from day 1 with no issues. If you are looking to change carriers I highly recommend T-Mobile. The cell phone service is great, getting service in areas that other carriers don’t.”

“I had a very lovely experience at the Valley River location yesterday (2/19/26) upgrading all phones on my plan! Shout out to Stella! You have to know this, she’s very kind, sweet, helpful, and a very good personality! She got us the best deal possible for our plan! She’s a great employee, and deserves to be shouted out for an excellent customer service rep!!! Seriously, management needs to know, she went above kindness, she’s just awesome, and I’m glad that everything went smoothly.
