“Quick and efficient help, came in to swap my active phone because my other one broke and was in for repair. Haven quickly sorted the SIM card and was very friendly and informative about how to access backups from my old phone. I came back in shortly after when I noticed something weird with my contacts and Nona helped me sort out what was happening. very bubbly and helpful that one. Both of their efficiency and friendly demeanors made the whole thing pleasant. Spend less than 10 minutes in total, and would have been shorter if I wasn’t such a yapper”

“I went in for a minor repair on my phone. The gentleman worked on it for about 15 minutes and fixed it. I was so happy that it was a fairly simple fix. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing! I don’t think he usually charges zero to work on your phone ?, but this is the place to go if you have anything you need done or need some supplies.”

“When we came into the store the salespeople were both occupied with other customers but yet they took a moment to ask us what our needs were to see if it was something simple they could take care of immediately or something that was going to take longer and then they let us know how long we would be waiting and gave us a few things to think about during the wait! I felt my needs were very well recognized and met! During the business transaction, the salesperson was very aware of being budget-minded, and shared with me the special pricing available for products that I came in for! He even noticed my son looking at some fun accessories, a pop socket! While I thought it was just more money, he surprised me by telling me that that was on sale for $5! I was able to purchase everything I came in for plus the necessary phone protectors for less money than I planned! I think it is our perception that all that fancy stuff is out of reach for lower income people, at this store, they treat you like their Best Customer no matter your budget or problem! When I was confused about anything, he had time for questions and I felt my business was valued. It did not feel like I was just another person in line, the manager has done an outstanding job to support his staff to look at each customer as an individual and provide personalized service. It stands out from the rest! Amazing! There is just not this kind of good old fashioned service too often anymore, and this store is one place that is still keeping it alive! I recommend this store and this manager is doing a Stellar Job! Go there, and get awesome service!”

“Everytime my husband and I going in to the store everyone is very helpful, we went in and got new watches and my wasn't sending text from my phone to my watch and Aiden was very helpful and got it working, he also put on screen protector on my watch, and a couple days before that we went in and had my husband screen protector put on his , i didn't get the guy that helps us but he was very helpful also. “I am at Target a lot. I go there for CVS pharmacy. The people in the pharmacy are great. The people in the pharmacy are friendly and do what ever they can to help you get what you need. As I am disabled they all ways try to get me in and out as fast as they can. They always try be promt,, like one time, I was hurting really bad for my lower back injuries. So I called first about my meds, when I got there they had my meds pulled and waiting for me. So yea if they can help they will.”

“Wonderful store. I go in there or call if I need help with my phone and the store is always very clean and quiet. When I switched carriers I went into the store and they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which was pretty nice. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about iPhones and watches. We got a great deal on T-Mobile internet that’s worked great from day 1 with no issues. If you are looking to change carriers I highly recommend T-Mobile. The cell phone service is great, getting service in areas that other carriers don’t.”

“When the new phone started the same problem as the previous phone, I knew the issue was not the phones. After being disconnected from Customer Service several times you could say I was not happy. I was at the store on their land line with customer service and was disconnected. I asked for a manager and Ramon arrived. He took the problem seriously and started investigating while trying to reach customer services as well. I would say it took about 30 minutes but he found the issue. Made the proper changes and tested the phone. The issue was fixed before customer service answered the call.. He noted that it was an issue that could not have been fixed over the phone. He saved me all the frustration of being connected to customer service, only to be disappointed with the results. Thank you Ramon !!!”
