Even though I had planned to cancel my service, Ty still took the time to give me valuable information on how to get my sim card unlocked and also explained that I should wait to cancel service if I want to keep my number with another service provider (Which I do!). Ty was obviously super helpful. Overall I left feeling well informed and happy I was able to accomplish what I came to do.”

She helped me find a great deal & a phone that was perfect for my elderly dad who’s not very tech savvy. I’ve had to come back into the store a couple of times & whenever Angie’s there I’ve been efficiently helped, even with multiple customers in the store.”

“When we came into the store the salespeople were both occupied with other customers but yet they took a moment to ask us what our needs were to see if it was something simple they could take care of immediately or something that was going to take longer and then they let us know how long we would be waiting and gave us a few things to think about during the wait! I felt my needs were very well recognized and met! During the business transaction, the salesperson was very aware of being budget-minded, and shared with me the special pricing available for products that I came in for! He even noticed my son looking at some fun accessories, a pop socket! While I thought it was just more money, he surprised me by telling me that that was on sale for $5! I was able to purchase everything I came in for plus the necessary phone protectors for less money than I planned! I think it is our perception that all that fancy stuff is out of reach for lower income people, at this store, they treat you like their Best Customer no matter your budget or problem! When I was confused about anything, he had time for questions and I felt my business was valued. It did not feel like I was just another person in line, the manager has done an outstanding job to support his staff to look at each customer as an individual and provide personalized service. It stands out from the rest! Amazing! There is just not this kind of good old fashioned service too often anymore, and this store is one place that is still keeping it alive! I recommend this store and this manager is doing a Stellar Job! Go there, and get awesome service!”

“Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature that required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone.I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal.Definitely recommend!”
“I went in wanting to switch carriers and get a new number on my own plan! Charlie was so helpful and made the process so EASY. I have had iPhone since the 4 came out. I finally switched over to Samsung. I was worried about learning a whole new platform. He made sure to answer all my questions. And most importantly transfer all my data from iPhone to Samsung. I was worried since I have photos that are not replaceable. He deserves a raise! Thank you Charlie!”

“Love target BUT! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! I placed an order at the Eugene target, it was supposed to be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Monday. Now tomorrow. We will see if it changes again. I have no idea why it keeps getting pushed back considering I live in junction city. Next time just drive and pick it up. Delivery is NOT two day like it says. I wanted to wear my order Tuesday, figured I placed it with enough time, I guess not. Depending on what time it gets here tomorrow, IF it gets here tomorrow I'll be returning for a refund. 5 stars for target itself but one star for their delivery. I only did delivery because online it said they only had two in stock and I wanted to get a pair before they sold out.”
“when i went to get some new jeans from the men's small department, i could only find jeans with holes!! in them!! i was very very disappointed in the staff attempts to help my shopping experience!! my day was utterly ruined and my shopping experience was ruined in multiple ways combined!!! i waited over an hour and wasted a whole day doing nothing but sitting around! i am completly unsatisfied and awful, although i did get some skinny, sexy, jeans that make my butt look thiccccccccccc. five stars no comments”
