“Wonderful store. I go in there or call if I need help with my phone and the store is always very clean and quiet. When I switched carriers I went into the store and they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which was pretty nice. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about iPhones and watches. We got a great deal on T-Mobile internet that’s worked great from day 1 with no issues. If you are looking to change carriers I highly recommend T-Mobile. The cell phone service is great, getting service in areas that other carriers don’t.”

You have to know this, she’s very kind, sweet, helpful, and a very good personality! She got us the best deal possible for our plan! She’s a great employee, and deserves to be shouted out for an excellent customer service rep!!! Seriously, management needs to know, she went above kindness, she’s just awesome, and I’m glad that everything went smoothly. I was able to get a replacement phone for free due to a insurance policy that I had forgotten about. The customer service I received was EXCELLENT. “Awesome, quick service and nice staff! I left a message about what I needed and they quickly returned my call. The gaming system had stopped and we needed a fast repair. Ben asked questions and had me bring it to the store. He was very courteous and honest about pricing. The final cost was less than the estimate. And, then they even honored a coupon I received for signing up for texts! Super happy with our experience and happy to find a place for all our future phone and tech needs
**12/9/25 UPDATE~ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My son's phone crashed in the middle of finals/group study/busiest time of the year. We called the guys at CPR and they understood how desperately we needed that phone. They got us in right away and quickly got the phone repaired and back to my son!! We are so grateful for kindness, excellent customer service, great work, and very fair pricing!!! We are CPR customers for life and appreciate their help at such a crucial moment~DC”
