The Downtown Inn is a clean, affordable, and quiet motel with a great and convenient location close to downtown restaurants, breakfast spots, and event centers. It is family owned and managed, with polite, friendly, and helpful staff offering flexible service. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and good water pressure. The well-kept property offers safe parking, though the lot is small. Guests consistently report great experiences and a desire to return.
We’ve stayed here a few times. It always feels clean and safe. The family that owns the place is very friendly and keeps it updated and in good shape.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower, great location, great value. Great safe residential neighborhood across the street as well as a river path for a morning jog. Close to restaurants and everything else in Eugene.

Near the Interstate and on a very busy street. But did walk for coffee in the morning. The room was small but had everything. Thoughtfully and intentionally set. Bed was clean and comfortable. We road-trippers who wanted our car / stuff nearby, lived it!
