“I found the Campbell House on Expedia and didn’t know what to expect but it surpassed my lodging standards completely. Everything from the safe parking, walkability to downtown, the beautiful garden oasis surrounding the property, the historic buildings, to the homemade breakfast. 10/10. I was actually sad to leave because I wanted to try another breakfast. They accommodated my Gluten-Free allergy with one of the best eggs Benedict’s I’ve ever had. Found my new Eugene oasis! ?”

“For $66 a night, you get what you pay for! Easy peasy. Next to the freeway and side by side to a Denny's and 2 gas stations. Only thing us outdated stuffs. Overall recommend if you traveling and need a place to sleep.”

“It is in a mall with restaurants and nice stores and there has a Tesla supercharger just few steps away. Excellent location. Self- parking at level 4 with room card access to it. 2month later, we came back. We checked in at 6pm on Jan 24, the two front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake date in my third party booking , they were very patient and helpful.”

“We were gifted a weekend trip to the Valley River Inn. We can not say enough about our great experience with the Hotel They put us in a double queen room facing the beautiful Willamette River. The room was exquisite and everything you could want and enjoy. Every staff member from the front desk to the cleaning maids were very gracious and helpful. We ate at the “Sweet Waters” resturant, the meals were delicious, the service couldn’t have been better, and the prices very reasonable! Again we were seated to view the beautiful river. They have a corner in the lobby where you can purchase local made popped kettle corn, plus many other food choices. Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay at this beautiful Hotel.”

“All the rooms here have mini kitchens with a full size refrigerator, at least a two burner cooktop and microwave. No free breakfasts, but it's priced that you'll be saving money by making your own. They're apparently doing away with the recliners seen in some of their rooms, so be sure to ask if you expect one. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our requests.”
“My lady and I stop thru Eugene Oregon after a 9 hour drive no one else was open and they were great service and got us in a room quick so we could sleep definitely recommend this place in a clutch situation.”
“Pretty cool idea for the Eugene area. However, I wish they had a real topgolf here. The suite is ehh. The couches are not comfortable at all. Very very, very expensive. The staff was phenomenal and the food was pretty good. Our computer kept crashing but the staff gave us an hour free for our inconvenience.”

“Clean cozy rooms. The beds were so darn comfortable i was out like a light. Nice TV and nice bathroom with old fashioned wood. I would suggest brighter lighting but that might just be me. Also a gazebo outside for smokers w/ ash trays. Would recommend.”

“My family and I had a really good time in Eugene. The hotel worked out great, it was easy to relax and the kids could play table tennis and foosball in the lobby while we had a beer. The food was good, the wedge salad was awesome. We had a fun night playing games in the TopGolf lounge, which was a welcome surprise. Overall everyone we dealt with was super nice and made it a great trip. We will be back again.”

“This is my go to stop. McMenamin’s North Bank restaraunt, Willamette River trail, easy parking, super pet friendly. However, don’t trust your GPS getting directions. Mine always seems to take me in circles when I get off at Coburg.”

“I think this is a good option. Clean, close to campus for the purpose of our trip, parking and proximity to food options. Bathroom was clean, balcony was nice for a morning coffee. On a main road, so tended to be loud with trucks and traffic and the freight train came through periodically. Not a ton of amenities, but simple and a decent sleep. Was able to walk”

“Management works harder than anywhere else in this price range. They don’t require a fancy deposit like other hotels in the nearby area. Hotel is quiet and kept clean. The staff is friendly (even at one a.m. when I locked myself out) and professional. BEST WATER PRESSURE IN EUGENE! Access to laundry facilities is easy and convenient for keeping an eye on your room. Never slept so well in a hotel before! Dead-on serious… I even took a nap yesterday! I’m impressed! Fresh garden being planted as I post! Check it out, you won’t regret it!”
