Extremely convenient location, and a very quiet little motel. I’ve stayed here twice and both times had great experiences with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Eugene!

Super quiet, weirdly enough since it's close to a road. Comfy beds, good water pressure and warm water galore, clean, easy check in at 11pm and some flexibility with check out, close to breakfast spots. A great motel experience!

Not only close to downtown restaurants by car, but family owned and managed by a wonderful family. Thank you, Henry! Also, consider booking directly with hotel v Booking dot com. More flexibility.

The parking lot is on the small side, rooms are clean as expected, and the service was spot on.
A few friends and I were at the Oregon Logging Conformance, 2025, and this place was just a 10 minute walk from the event center grounds. Food is just down the street, too.
Definitely will be back

No coffee but still 5 star.

This is my second time staying here. While it is an older, it is in great a condition, well kept, clean, and the owners are really nice people. I stay here whenever I come to Eugene.

Close to great bars and restaurants jazzy girl and 6th street restaurant.
Close to the Hult centre.
Clean room and front desk staff were great

Room was ok, but there was cornnuts around the edge of the bed and I lost our room keys so we looked behind the nightstand and there were napkins back there, the carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed, but we were glad we brought our slippers. Parking was another issue, we had to park out back cause there were no parking spots on the side or in the horseshoe. Staff was very friendly through our stay and the motel could have been way worse.

This hotel is perfect. If you appreciate attention to detail, you’ll be very comfortable here. They are so kind. The paint on the building is perfect. Our room was meticulously cleaned. The a/c worked great (heat wave). The bathtub is big. You park your car in front of your room. Really great.

We had a good stay. Very spacious and cozy hotel. The king-size bed was particularly comfortable with a great nights sleep. Henry and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. Good location close to food and drinks. You can tell Henry takes a lot of provide in his hotel. They've done a great job, thank you!

The location was perfect! The room was very clean, but Henry, the owner, was the highlight of our stay! He's so nice and kind. A hands-on owner who truly cares and takes pride in his motel. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great and it was super easy to get around. The shower water pressure is really the only thing that wasn’t great.

I booked a room at the downtown Inn and then we had the ice storm of January 2024 and they changed my non-changeable reservation to the next night hoping for the best but the conditions did not improve so they did not charge me for the room because I couldn’t get there These people are wonderful I highly recommend you stay here top-notch service
