Downtown mini is a wonderful storage place. My mom was ill and I took over paying the unit and I was late on getting the unit paid. I came in and spoke with Trish . She was incredibly understanding and let me get caught up. She is great at customer service and keeping her customers happy!!

When I tell you these ladies go above and beyond, I mean it! They we a light on a very dark day for me recently and I am forever grateful! Trish and all the ladies of Downtown Mini Storage are angels!

Great place and great people! Every time I come in Trish is immensely helpful and kind, always complementary and sweet! Not to mention patient with my ditzy self! She's a superstar! Really reccomend this place if you need some decent storage!
