“Carin and Daniel are very professional & personable. It was a pleasure renting here. The rules are spelled out clearly and they communicate well and quickly.
They will also help you as best they can if you need it. For example I had to change units to a smaller one. At first it was an interior unit, but they were able to find a drive up unit that was easier for me to access.
The units and the grounds are very clean and the interior of units stay dry even through Oregon winters. I never saw even a hint of rodents or other vermin. The managers live onsite so the units are well secured and monitored.

“Downtown mini is a wonderful storage place. My mom was ill and I took over paying the unit and I was late on getting the unit paid. I came in and spoke with Trish . She was incredibly understanding and let me get caught up. She is great at customer service and keeping her customers happy!!”

“I have been a renter of this storage facility for over +7 years. This is the best place to have a storage unit in Eugene, OR, dare I say all of OR! The people that work their are extremely nice. Very easy to have delivery from FedEx or UPS directly to your storage unit. Big units for the best prices. Clean facility. Wide spacing between the storage isles, two full size cars can fit no problem. I would hands down continue to have a storage unit from this place however I had to move out of state. Thank you for everything!”

“Sno Temp is an awesome place to deliver to. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Large staging area with Porta Pots and a small dumpster. Unload was fast and clean. Easiest entry is past Seneca on 5th. Takes you to the intercom gate. Loads of room to maneuver as well.”
