WOW! Our 20-year-old Zwilling J.A. Henckels serrated bread knife hadn't ever been sharpened. So dull it barely cut. Edge 'N' Knife has renewed this knife! It now cuts through a huge crusty homemade loaf like butter. One-day turnaround. Very reasonable price. Thank you!!!
