“Timothy did an excellent job mounting our 85-inch tv above our brick fireplace. We purchased the tv thinking that it would be rather simple finding someone to mount it onto the brick. Needless to say, we couldn't find anyone local and were thinking we would never be able to mount the tv ourselves. We called TV Specialty Shop, which is about an hour away from us, and they immediately agreed to come out. They did a great job mounting this giant, heavy television and made sure everything worked before leaving. I can't recommend them enough!”

“I bought a used turntable on Facebook marketplace that didn't work correctly - it kept skipping, and for the life of me I couldn't get it to stop. I talked to Tim and he invited me to bring it in and he would look at it. I did, and he spent about a half hour troubleshooting and narrowed it down to a tonearm bearing out of whack. I ultimately decided to drive back over and just bought a new turntable from him because he was SO friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. It's really rare to get such high quality service, and deeply knowledgable help.”

“Wonderful store. I go in there or call if I need help with my phone and the store is always very clean and quiet. When I switched carriers I went into the store and they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which was pretty nice. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about iPhones and watches. We got a great deal on T-Mobile internet that’s worked great from day 1 with no issues. If you are looking to change carriers I highly recommend T-Mobile. The cell phone service is great, getting service in areas that other carriers don’t.”

“Target is always a fun place to look around but when you haven't been to one in way over a year, it's beyond exciting. Of course, I was looking for rugs, which isn't quite as exciting. There were so much at a Target. And, despite, my best efforts looking at everything, I left with only rugs. The rugs were really nice-thick, cushy and pretty to look at so I was very pleased. I would definitely go back to Target. It's a great store for everything you could need in the home.”

“Some of the employees there make it worth going to. They try to keep the place as stocked as possible. It can sometimes be a mess in there but that's due to the fact that it's gets so busy with college kids, regular customers and often homeless people. It keeps them on there toes constantly. So they can't always get right to messes people have left being disrespectful to the cashiers. So show some love if you go in there, they are doing their best and many people go out of their way to give them a hard time.”

You have to know this, she’s very kind, sweet, helpful, and a very good personality! She got us the best deal possible for our plan! She’s a great employee, and deserves to be shouted out for an excellent customer service rep!!! Seriously, management needs to know, she went above kindness, she’s just awesome, and I’m glad that everything went smoothly.
