Evolve Fitness Studios is a state-of-the-art fitness facility in the heart of Eugene, Oregon. We provide a variety of high-quality group fitness classes, from boxing and pilates to unique "Fit Fusion" classes. In addition, we offer 1-on-1 personal training with some of the areas best trainers and fitness professionals. We are situated in the same building as Staszak Physical Therapy, who help remediate injury and chronic pain. Evolve Fitness is a product of the Staszak's mission to offer fitness and wellness to the city of Eugene through fun and engaging personal and group classes.
