The 1680 Coburg road location in Eugene, Oregon, had a great optometrist and opticians. They were quick to help, but put the wrong lenses in the frames late in the day. I went back the next day, which happened to be Saturday, to get the correct glasses. Unfortunately, they were understaffed at the time of day (1:21 pm). I had to wait for over an hour just to pick up my glasses, whi took less than 5 minutes. Lesson learned. Do not go on Saturday. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Rachel was absolutely amazing fitting and adjusting me for glasses!! I am now a customer for life because of her customer service and attention to detail!! My glasses were ready for pickup in under 30 mins and they are perfect!! Thankyou so much!!!

Staff is great! But if you’re a senior and need no line bifocals-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can’t read without having what I’m reading held in a very certain way. And even then trying to read gives me a terrible headache and hurts my eyes. I’ve had no line bifocals fo 25 years and never had a problem with reading. I’ve had to get a pair of readers and carry them around with me. Even typing this message is hurting my eyes terribly cuz I Don’t have my readers with me.

This is the first time I’ve been to an eye mart express. Upon walking in they had a great selection and prices, the staff was super friendly. I picked out my glasses and worked with Katrina ! She was great to work with, helpful and did great explaining options and care for my glasses!!! Would definitely recommend this place for eyewear
