In from out of town and had a slow leak in a tire. Turned out to be just a loose valve stem. It could’ve claimed anything I didn’t have time to inspect it myself, But the team was honest with me and didn’t charge me. Really appreciate their honesty. Thank you.

Awesome service! We had an unexpected flat tire on our brand new vehicle. Took it to Firestone in Eugene and took us in right away and done an hour.
Fast and friendly service.

I have been a customer of this Firestone for many years with mixed results. Recently, with a (new to me) used car, I decided to go in & try them again. Luckily for me, there is a very competent woman named Charity working the front end. I instantly felt comfortable with information she provided. This woman knows her stuff & can explain it without making me feel dumb for not knowing it! Her knowledge + excellent customer skills make car maintenance & any problems a bit easier to understand for me.

The only positive thing I can say is that they're open on Sundays which I urgently needed to replace a damaged tire on a road trip. The problem was that the representative on the phone told me that they had the right size tire for my car. When I brought the car in, the representative in the shop double checked my tire first-hand and said they actually have 2 tires in the right size. Then they called me 3 hours later to tell me that actually they both were mistaken and they didn't have a tire that would work for my car and it would take 5 days to get it. Very frustrating.

Zach (tech) at Valley River location in Eugene has worked on my car twice now and he is above and beyond with service! Billy (Svc Advisor) fit me in on an already busy schedule for several repair items during the Epic Sales Event weekend, much appreciated!! Over the years we have taken 4 of our vehicles there and they are always great with communicating and
getting us in. They are honest in their quotes and helpful with tips and information when asked. Prices are fair considering other shops we have been to.

Went in because I had a screw in my tire and was helped by both Charity and Bill. They both provided the best customer service! They had their annual auto sale and were so busy but gave me time and explained all my options. Neither of them tried to oversell me and honestly I got a great deal. I don’t leave reviews alot but feel like I should since service was so good. Thank you Firestone.

Do NOT purchase the Lifetime Wheel Alignment "deal"! It's just a scam to get you to come back, then be told that your car can't be aligned, due to several erroneous problems, along with a $600+ offer to make the necessary repairs. Skeptical, I took my car to Les Schwab, paid the $129 for the alignment, and poof the problems disappeared, or were NEVER there in the first place, and my car was aligned to factory specs. This is the second time I've paid for a Lifetime Alignment (two cars) and was told the same erroneous nonsense to make a few more bucks. Avoid Firestone at all cost. Find an honest mechanic that will do good work at a fair price, and AVOID a corporation that needs to make their growth goals by any means necessary.
