My wife's favorite place to shop. There is always a sale. The store is immaculate and the sales staff are eager to assist. The exception is Christmas and that's true everywhere.

Had a exceptional shoping experiance at the Eugne JC Penney store today. I was looking for men's dress slacks and Ray, a store associate, came up and asked if I needed help. She was very friendly and went the extra mile to help me find just the right slacks. Thank you Ray!
