True professionals running a great shop that makes Eugene the best dressed town in the Willamette Valley.”

I appreciated the ample time afforded to try on garments without feeling rushed, a luxury often absent in my shopping experiences. As a plus-size woman with unique measurements, finding well-fitting clothes can be daunting, but the staff's dedication was impressive. Their kindness extended to my partner, who even dozed off while waiting for me to try on five outfits. I'm deeply grateful for their exemplary service and assistance, which included informing us about ongoing online promotions. The sole reason for not awarding a perfect score stems from sizing discrepancies in two out of five outfits that didn't fit properly despite being the same size as the others that fit flawlessly.”

However, I was disappointed by the limited plus-size options available in-store, which required me to make an online purchase. Considering my familiarity with their online offerings, I anticipated that the in-store selection would reflect a similar size range, especially given the store's location in a large city compared to my rural area. In my assessment, I would rate this experience 4 out of 5 due to the exceptional courtesy exhibited by the cashier, particularly when contrasted with her coworkers who were engaged in conversation and phone use.”

“I'm so happy I searched for perfume in Eugene and came across this gem. I never blended my own perfume and I was instantly helped as I walked in. I choose a couple blends and scents and got to personalize the strength in the notes. They take your name so your blends are recorded in case you need to refill. This was a fabulous find and very affordable, a small roll on was only $19.95. Very fun and I'm so happy to take a chance here over department store perfume.”
“I happened to be in town for a conference and wanted to grab some cool Ducks gear. The Nike apparel is definitely on the expensive side, but the Champion and other branded clothes are much more affordable and still look great.
The staff were super friendly and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. The store is also right next to the football stadium, which is pretty cool.
If you’re looking for Ducks gear, this is a must stop.”
“My son turns 13 next week and wanted to build his first custom skateboard for his birthday. We stopped by Zumiez and had an incredible experience from start to finish.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly team that made us feel welcome. The gentleman who helped my son build his board was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of his questions. He made the whole process fun and exciting.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Audrey, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, every employee we interacted with was so sweet and helpful. It’s rare to walk into a store and feel like the entire staff genuinely enjoys helping people.
What started as a shopping trip turned into a memory my son will never forget. Great customer service, great selection, and an overall fantastic experience. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday so special!”

“What a lovely little shop! The clothes are beautiful and everything is reasonably priced. They also have the cutest teacup cards that have an actual packet of tea in them! Most importantly, however, the owner of the store is one of the most wonderful women I've ever had the pleasure of chatting with. She is absolutely amazing and makes the atmosphere of the shop all the more comfortable. She told my friend and I that she was considering writing a novel, and I will be the first at her future book signing- mark my words!”

“We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The store wasn’t too busy, but the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Every time I go, I always end up with stuff I found at a great price that I wasn’t looking for.”
“I love this location, all the ladies are super nice and very helpful. They are not pushy on sales which makes it really inviting. That said, I am on the plus size and seems like the style and pattern of clothing kinda look like drapes or table cloth patterns a lot of times or like something my grandmother would wear. I am 50 and def don't want to wear what my 80's & 90's year old grandmother would wear, but seems that styles go this route unfortunately for plus ladies. Seen some cute flannels this winter, but only had a few of the colors for plus size like OX, XXL, etc. More of a variety and super cute stuff for smaller ladies for sure. Kinda sucks cuz this is my favorite place to shop. Also the high rise stretchy/workout material pants and Capris... kinda disappeared. These are so comfy and don't have to always worry about pulling pants up. Def was mine and my sisters fave place to get those, till they stop carrying that design.
That all said, I would recommend this store to check out.”

They have lots of swimsuits in a variety of styles, patterns and sizes, I also saw a very good selection of sports bras and other athletic wear. The employees were super kind and helpful! Pulling extra sizes for me when I needed them, helping me find styles that fit and showing me all of the pattern and color options. If you're struggling to find a swimsuit, I recommend stopping by and seeing if they can help you.”

Arrived with a return...but came across some
unexpectedly wonderful finds bc staff team Sheryl and Sandy were really helpful...without being pushy.
Recently introduced to Talbots appreciated that they have petite sizes and their clothes fit very comfortably and the prices are extremely reasonable especially with the holiday sales happening. It's 50% off the sale prices. Found their lines fits women of a certain age well... so much so that purses seemed tailor made for my wardrobe needs.
It was great to find things that were the right fit in every way for someone who is petite. When I returned to the store Sandy and Sheryl were there again and warmly welcoming.
They also informed me of upcoming sales for the holidays and invited me back. Friendly staff really help with the shopping experience plus reasonably priced clothes that fit those of us of a certain age are a relief.”

Likewise, the price on the items with even 60-75% discount is still relatively high compared with the other branches with more variety as well as compared with other apparel stores.”

“I don't typically buy any merch from the Duck store, unless it's on deep discount because prices here are off the charts! I do enjoy the coffee shop in the corner of the store and get mochas here, they serve better drinks than most of the coffee shops around, so I visit often before work and do enjoy window shopping the cool Duck gear. Occasionally I'll buy some art supply items downstairs, they have a great selection of pencils and pens as well as notebooks. Not as cheap as shopping at Target or Walmart, but better selection of quality. It's the Duck Store, I'm a Duck, you should be a Duck too! :)”
“I love this store! Always have my size, cool van's I haven't seen yet, usually have sales of some kind going on, and the managers are always on top of there store as well as very knowledgeable. I usually try to buy at least 2 pairs of shoes when I go. If you like vans, then you should probably check it out. And the prices aren't that far away from online.”

“This store had a good selection of products when I was here last. I had ordered a few things online and needed to bring back the items that didn't work. The associates here were helpful in processing the return and in helping me order something they didn't have in the store. My friend who was with me was also impressed with their inventory, and ended up purchasing some fingerless gloves that are ideal for her to wear while playing piano in the winter.”
