I had the most wonderful experience at the JC Penney's Valley River Center location, the cashiers were so nice, I also had a return and the ease of making a return was a very pleasant experience. I can hardly wait to go shopping there again soon.

Pick up online orders at the store so don't have to pay shipping. Great sales and associates were friendly.

Did a store pick up and got the confirmation. Came to pick up 5 days after within the time limit, which by the way purchased in the 19th and had till the 29th, to find they canceled the order due to a “glitch”. Poor customer service.
