“Great customer service. The young gentleman that was out walking the floor helping us today was very knowledgeable ,friendly, and very helpful, loved the hometown vibe. “Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area this company will forever be known as Cost Plus to me. I went to the original Taylor Street (Fisherman's Wharf) store more times than I can remember. The smell of wicker always takes me back to that place and time. Like me they have grown and grown up. This is still a great store to look for those foreign childhood/vacation treats and brands. Their furniture and accessories have a broad style reach. It's always a great place to buy a large platter or some fun items for those special dinners. There are usually some good wine buys from New World vineyards. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The store typically immaculate and not at all crowded. Join their free club and get notified about ocassional freebies with purchase and stack buys for store credits!”
“This place has a fantastic selection of rums! I find what I need here, plus plenty of other intriguing options.
I was recently interested in experimenting with pandan, and was delighted to stumble upon Kota, a pandan liquor.
I'm also pleased with their selection of bitters, syrups, and other cocktail components.
The staff have all been friendly, and there's always plenty of parking.
I drive from Springfield to this store because their selection is so good. I would appreciate a loyalty/rewards program, if it ever became available!”

“By far the best customer service at a liquor I’ve ever had. I had to break my payment between cash and card, but due to unforeseen circumstances still owed 87 cents and I didn’t have change on me. The gentleman at the counter helped me figure out why the payment wasn’t working and offered to bridge the remaining balance. I was so flustered but the cashier remained calm and courteous throughout. Will absolutely be returning here!”

“The sweetest people. The cashier *not sure his name. Adorable BIPOC guy* is super sweet and literally just has conversations for a great human interaction also makes me giggle and very polite. Devin and Shane of course are amazing. I believe the other gas attendant is named Ben. Uhhhh. He’s also amazing! Super sweet gentlemen there. I go at least 3 times a week. They open doors. Tell me to drive safely. It’s SUPER quick now too. So that’s helpful that I’m not sitting 20 minutes for gas. ?”

“a great selection. Extremely nice and helpful staff. always a quick checkout and a convenient layout. seems small from the outside but it's fully stocked and clean, they also have selections of items that complement your alcohol needs. some pretty nifty gift accompaniments if buying for an event/party - also cool novelty items available as well”

“This is probably my favorite liquor store. The customer service is always awesome. You can get hot food here and prime rib on served on Fridays. The liquor store is open until 9pm, making this location one of two choices after 8pm (Bruns is open until 10pm)”
