“Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area this company will forever be known as Cost Plus to me. I went to the original Taylor Street (Fisherman's Wharf) store more times than I can remember. The smell of wicker always takes me back to that place and time. Like me they have grown and grown up. This is still a great store to look for those foreign childhood/vacation treats and brands. Their furniture and accessories have a broad style reach. It's always a great place to buy a large platter or some fun items for those special dinners. There are usually some good wine buys from New World vineyards. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The store typically immaculate and not at all crowded. Join their free club and get notified about ocassional freebies with purchase and stack buys for store credits!”

“This place has a fantastic selection of rums! I find what I need here, plus plenty of other intriguing options. I was recently interested in experimenting with pandan, and was delighted to stumble upon Kota, a pandan liquor. I'm also pleased with their selection of bitters, syrups, and other cocktail components. The staff have all been friendly, and there's always plenty of parking. I drive from Springfield to this store because their selection is so good. I would appreciate a loyalty/rewards program, if it ever became available!”

“This is the best shop in Eugene for quality wines, a number of which you won't elsewhere in the area. Steve is particularly great at finding high quality wines at closeout or other discount prices. My specialty is Pinot Noir/red & white burgundies. Steve has an excellent palate for those varieties and decades of relationships in the wine industry in the US and France that provide access to small bottlings and great finds. He does the same for Italian wines. One thing I appreciate is his knowledge and intuitiveness at figuring out if you'd like a particular wine. Last month, I witnessed him trying to talk a customer out of buying a $175 bottle. Talk to Steve about what you like in a wine and he'll find a wine for or if he can't be honest and tell you. If you're a local resident and frequent wine drinker I recommend joining the wine club. It's a $100 a year and provides free tastings and 15% off purchases of even single bottles.”

“By far the best customer service at a liquor I’ve ever had. I had to break my payment between cash and card, but due to unforeseen circumstances still owed 87 cents and I didn’t have change on me. The gentleman at the counter helped me figure out why the payment wasn’t working and offered to bridge the remaining balance. I was so flustered but the cashier remained calm and courteous throughout. Will absolutely be returning here!”

“The sweetest people. The cashier *not sure his name. Adorable BIPOC guy* is super sweet and literally just has conversations for a great human interaction also makes me giggle and very polite. Devin and Shane of course are amazing. I believe the other gas attendant is named Ben. Uhhhh. He’s also amazing! Super sweet gentlemen there. I go at least 3 times a week. They open doors. Tell me to drive safely. It’s SUPER quick now too. So that’s helpful that I’m not sitting 20 minutes for gas. ?”
