Dave, the owner didn't follow me around the showroom like they did at other mattress companies. He just let me explore what was the best fit for me. It was delivered to my home and installed the next day.
The price of the mattress beats the other companies, but the quality of service goes well beyond a price point.

“First time doing business with Eugene Mattress Co. & it was a wonderful experience. Went to American Mattress but with NO access for a disabled or elderly person, we left. Popped in to Eugene Mattress Co., where I was greeted with a friendly “hello how can I help you?” Told Darian what I needed & she showed me 3 possibilities. Bought the bed frame & it was delivered 2 days later. They also gave me a ONE hour delivery window, not 4 hours like most companies, which was fantastic! On delivery day, Josh & a helper set up the bed frame for my Mom & I can’t say enough good about them. Josh was efficient, friendly, patient & kind to me & my elderly mother. I hope EMC realizes what a fabulous employee they have in Josh & does what they can to keep him. He’s an asset to their already-wonderful company. Only wish I’d known about Eugene Mattress Co before I bought my mattress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EMC.”

“I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store. I was searching for a good bed pillow to sleep on. It's been a challenge over the last couple years trying to find a good decent pillow that doesn't hurt my neck.
Dillon was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He explained about the different materials and styles. He has great customer service skills, was very patient and kind. They have a wonderful selection of pillows there. If anyone's looking for a good pillow, go there. They have a pillow wall with every type of pillow they sell that you can try out in the store. I highly recommend them. If you go to the Eugene store, ask for Dillon he's awesome.”

“This particular location has such an immense book section; plan on browsing for hours if you’re a bookworm! And the best part is the prices! Children’s books are only 99 cents but several times a year they put all books and clothes on sale half price, so watch their Facebook page “Shop St. Vinnies” to learn of the special sale days! St Vinnies overall is the best thrift store in our area who does the most for the community. When you donate or purchase from them, you are truly helping the less fortunate of Oregon, including families like mine.”
“I loved my experience here. The person that helped me was Jackie. She was very kind and professional, didn’t pressure me, provided helpful information and was upfront about everything. I needed a recliner and a mattress. I asked what was the policy if a purchased item arrives damaged/broken. She said call us and we’ll repair it or replace it. It turns out there was a little issue with the recliner I bought. They did exactly what they said they would and they fixed it and it’s perfect now! I love my chair. No trouble or hassle. I will purchase from them again in the future.”
