“I have waited to do this review so I could review the store, delivery, and mattress.

**Store:** We had a Tempur-Pedic mattress that was at least 20 years old. We enjoyed that mattress, but it was originally firm and had become too soft for both of us. We went to The Mattress Company on Memorial Day. Julia greeted us, and we discussed our mattress history. While discussing this, we realized that my husband and I are different sleepers and would need something that suits both of us. I am mostly a back sleeper, and he is strictly a side sleeper. She had us lay on different mattresses to see what we felt comfortable on. After lying on four different types, we kept saying the first one felt the best. That mattress was an I-Bed, which is like a gel-type bed. We found out that she, along with most of the people who work there, has that type of mattress.

We were about done, but then my husband asked about the adjustable bed frames. She said those work with almost any mattress they sell. They can fit into most bed frames or can be used as the bed frame itself. She said she also used one and explained how we can program sleeping and watching TV adjustments. We ended up getting the adjustable bed frame and the I-Bed (Jensin), all in Cal King.

When we were checking out, the woman (I didn't write down her name) explained that the mattress and bed frame come with a warranty, BUT that if the mattress is stained, the warranty would be void, so she offered us mattress covers. We went with the Dream Comfort protector. They have their own warranty stating that if a mess gets through the protector, they become liable for the mattress, which makes us feel protected. We also got a Lavender Active Dough pillow that my husband really liked when we were trying out the mattresses; it came with a lavender spray. Due to the holiday and it being a Monday (and having to order everything in Cal King), we were quoted about 3 weeks until delivery. Both Julia and the woman who checked us out were very friendly and explained everything; it was just an all-around easy and pleasant visit. We were there about an hour, but it felt way quicker. The mattress, bed frame, mattress protector, and one pillow were under $4k, which felt cheaper than when we bought our last mattress 20 years ago.

**Delivery:** About two weeks after our visit, we received a call from Julia stating that they had our mattress, frame, and pillow available. They were only waiting for the protector but thought it should arrive in a few days and wanted to schedule our delivery. The delivery drivers called prior to arriving and were ahead of schedule, so they were able to come 10 minutes prior to the window. This was great for us, as we were prepared for them an hour prior to the delivery window. They strong-armed the old mattress out and got our new bed frame and mattress in fairly quickly. The delivery driver showed us how to use the controls on the adjustable frame and made sure it was plugged in and working. It was a simple and straightforward delivery.

**Mattress:** Now that we have been using the mattress for 6 weeks, it is great. I honestly would have never thought I needed the adjustable frame, but it has helped with back pain and indigestion. It is so easy to use and has seamlessly become such a part of my life that I am worried about going on vacation without it. The mattress itself is great! It took some breaking in and getting used to, but I feel like my back pain has subsided. The pillow is so nice, and I use the spray all the time, even though I didn't get a pillow for myself.

Overall, I love everything we got. From entering the store to this moment, it has been wonderful. I am very happy with my experience and hope this mattress and frame last a long time!”
