“This was my first time buying a mattress that wasn’t from Costco. I went in with questions on a specific type of beautyrest that they didn’t sell there. The bed I wanted has reviews about how they’re not made like they used to be and the place that I was going to buy it from was not going to accept returns and so I decided to test out a few of the mattresses at mattress firm.Lexus was beyond helpful. She spent so much time with me that night as well as when I went back the next day make sure I still liked the same ones. My husband was going out of town so I was going to wait until he got back so he could test them but in the end he said to get whatever I wanted so I went back the next day and finalized everything.Lexus was patient and knowledgeable and listened to what I needed and helped point me in the direction of a bed that I would love. But wasn’t completely out of my price range. My husband and I want very different things in a mattress so we found one that was firm but plush to the touch. It has only been a few nights, so I cannot speak to if the mattress will in fact be perfect but so far it seems to be okay. I do prefer softer and so I’m giving it some time to break in but my husband loves it. The fact that I have 120 nights to change my mind is such a relief when making an important purchase. I also was able to add on an adjustable base at a discount which is my favorite part so far.I am so happy I came here and so happy I worked with Lexus. She was just so patient and kind and helpful with my toddler while I was testing out the mattresses. I came in there so upset and stressed out about my current mattress and the pain. I wake up in between my mattress and having a new baby that doesn’t sleep through the night. She listened to way too many of my personal issues but did her best to help solve them.She really broke down everything during the purchase and made sure there was no hidden fees or fine print that I might not have noticed. She wrote down everything and told me how to get every rebate that I qualified for and gave me some coupons for future purchases. The delivery was also very quick and easy they came right on time. They gave a 10 minute heads up before they arrived and they came two days after I ordered my items. So it’s been a 10/10 experience. I hope to not have to exchange it and that I made the right decision the first time but if I do I hope that process is just as easy.”

“My wife and I bought a Stanton Sectional, Stanton Ottoman, Stanton Double Chair, and Ashley Dining Room Table and Chair set through Matt at the Springfield Rife's Home Furniture. We visited the store several times as we were figuring out our furniture needs and Matt remembered us after our first visit and was there with us all along the way. He did his best to get us the furniture we wanted at the best price and gave us flexibility in locking in a quoted price when we needed to take measurements at our new home in the Portland area. He suggested we use painter's tape to tape out the dimensions of the furniture and triple check that it all fit in our space, and we are SO thankful we took his advice because it shifted our sectional plans a little bit due to space constraints. The furniture came in quicker than expected (ordered middle of August, Matt quoted us 8-12 weeks, furniture delivered in 5 weeks exactly) and delivery and assembly of furniture with Rife's delivery employees was a breeze. We are so happy with our furniture selections and the process as a whole. Thank you Matt for all your help, you made our furniture buying experience a pleasant one and we would recommend Rife's to anybody in the Eugene/Springfield area.”
