Award winning mattress store for price, selections, & service, 1011 Valley River Way #117, Eugene OR 97401
“We visited The Mattress Company this weekend and couldn't be happier with the customer service and our purchase. I didn't know where to start shopping for a new mattress, but visiting The Mattress Company was all I needed to do. Jenny guided us to find the perfect mattress. She worked with our budget and helped us find all our options. She knew the answer to every question and shared information with us we didn't even know to ask. She was fun to work with. I can't recommend this store enough!”

“Bought a sofa that had to be ordered and built (not in stock). Took 4 weeks. Picked it up at the warehouse and bought it home. Meanwhile, wife was away on a trip and returned one week after I bought the sofa home. We unpacked it and put it in the living room. Wife found two things she was unhappy about - too firm, too tall (feet didn’t touch the floor). Went back to the store and asked the salesman who sold us the sofa if we could return it, (even though it was four days past the 72-hour return window), and he was willing to take it back and refund the full purchase price! This level of customer service really impressed me, and I strongly recommend doing business with Rife’s Home Furniture in Eugene, Oregon. Thank you so much, Manny! John R.”

“I have shopped at Brenner’s Furniture over the years. I went back to them and found what had seemed to be literally impossible, It was the perfect size, smaller dressers and nightstands, which were built for us. I even got to choose from the stain/color, and the handles. Excellent quality! David helped us find exactly what we were looking for and it was even delivered a little early. He went above and beyond for our family. Thanks again! -another happy customer”

“Me and my family have been going here for many many years. This time me, my mother and my uncle all got a bed at the same time at the same appointment. David was on time, knowledgeable, friendly as always. The service provided are so nice and the options are exactly what you need at a wholesale price, David is the reason that we have slept so well all these years. The mattresses are amazing quality. Don't think twice. Make an appointment and go and try something out, David has price transparency so what you look at is what you get. David went out of his way to make sure me and my husband had the perfect mattress for us!! I can't thank him enough. Thank you so much!!”

“Lexus helped us today at the Eugene store. We went in there without the biggest budget, and she had no problems matching that budget and helping us find the perfect bed. She didn't try to pressure us into spending more then we could, which we really appreciated. She met our needs perfectly. We really appreciated her knowledge about each type of bed she showed us. Very kind person to work with.”

“This is the best mattress store I’ve purchased from. They have a variety of styles to choose from. We chose Oregon made each time. Previously we purchased a kids bed and bookshelf head board. Today I had a custom size mattress made for my RV and it was perfect. It’s fits better than original. I highly recommend giving this place an opportunity to earn your business.”

“This particular location has such an immense book section; plan on browsing for hours if you’re a bookworm! And the best part is the prices! Children’s books are only 99 cents but several times a year they put all books and clothes on sale half price, so watch their Facebook page “Shop St. Vinnies” to learn of the special sale days! St Vinnies overall is the best thrift store in our area who does the most for the community. When you donate or purchase from them, you are truly helping the less fortunate of Oregon, including families like mine.”

“On 2-12-26 we drove to Eugene from Roseburg OR. to search for a recliner lift chair for our mother. The search ended at M. Jacob's Furniture. We met OJ Moore and he answered every question in a professional and caring manner. He patiently took us through both show rooms until that special chair was found. Thank you OJ for your help and advice. We'll see you again.”
