I asked a lot of obscure questions, I had a lot of eco-friendly mattress concerns, I had a lot of pain complaints, and I was very obnoxious and downright impossible! He knew his stuff and directed me to an awesome mattress! Best sleep ever!!!!”

“Week 1: Was sold a beautiful couch by a new employee, told that the couch should be delivered the next week. Am later called by another employee asking if we'd like a new couch vs the show model, we say sure.Week 2: No new news. No couch.Week 3: call the store and ask about the status, guy on the phone says oh yeah it's here. I ask if it's going to be delivered the next day, "oh yeah sure". Learn that there's still $20 left to be paid, I ask what for, employee can't tell me, there's no itemization. Apparently the new guy that sold us the couch doesn't work there any more and made an error? Alright whatever. Tells me to expect a call that night from delivery and one in the morning regarding delivery time.The next day: we haven't received a call, so I call the store "Oh looks like the new guy (the one we spoke to yesterday was apparently also new) didn't put you on the delivery list"They worked some magic and a couple of frantic delivery guys showed up that afternoon. Love the couch, couple of odd hangups, but hey it got there with a lot of phone calling. Everyone was very nice, if not very new lol.”

They have a wonderful assortment to choose from and will do everything they can to make sure you get what you want, and are happy with it. “I loved my experience here. The person that helped me was Jackie. She was very kind and professional, didn’t pressure me, provided helpful information and was upfront about everything. I needed a recliner and a mattress. I asked what was the policy if a purchased item arrives damaged/broken. She said call us and we’ll repair it or replace it. It turns out there was a little issue with the recliner I bought. They did exactly what they said they would and they fixed it and it’s perfect now! I love my chair. No trouble or hassle. I will purchase from them again in the future.”
