Russell helped me by showing me the choices that would work for me, then he (knowing his inventory) led me to the choices in the fabric department he thought I might like.
I am anxious to have my new recliner in proximity 1 1/2 months.”
“Bought a sofa that had to be ordered and built (not in stock). Took 4 weeks. Picked it up at the warehouse and bought it home. Meanwhile, wife was away on a trip and returned one week after I bought the sofa home. We unpacked it and put it in the living room. Wife found two things she was unhappy about - too firm, too tall (feet didn’t touch the floor).
Went back to the store and asked the salesman who sold us the sofa if we could return it, (even though it was four days past the 72-hour return window), and he was willing to take it back and refund the full purchase price!
This level of customer service really impressed me, and I strongly recommend doing business with Rife’s Home Furniture in Eugene, Oregon. Thank you so much, Manny!

“Highly recommend checking these guys out if you're in need of office furniture. I needed to purchase a new computer chair and decided to shop around the area first before trying to find a decent one online. Found Ron's company and contacted him about what he had available, to which he offered to set an appointment in order for me to try out a range of different chairs. When I met him at the appointment, I was happy to find that he was readily knowledgeable about the ergonomics and differing qualities of chairs in a range of price points. I was then further surprised when he ran through a list of options for how I wanted my chair to be including colors, materials, additional back support, etc. The entire process was smooth, informative, and reassuring that I was getting a chair that matched in quality what I paid in the price. “I have two adjustable bar stool chairs that used to belong to my brother, who passed away. The adjustment lever fell right out of one, making it unusable. I took it to several places, having trouble finding anyone who would try to fix it. Someone suggested Office World, and the staff, the service, and the work were all absolutely the best. I'm so glad I took it there! They took it apart, re-welded it, and it was less expensive than anticipated.”
“Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area this company will forever be known as Cost Plus to me. I went to the original Taylor Street (Fisherman's Wharf) store more times than I can remember. The smell of wicker always takes me back to that place and time. Like me they have grown and grown up. This is still a great store to look for those foreign childhood/vacation treats and brands. Their furniture and accessories have a broad style reach. It's always a great place to buy a large platter or some fun items for those special dinners. There are usually some good wine buys from New World vineyards. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The store typically immaculate and not at all crowded. Join their free club and get notified about ocassional freebies with purchase and stack buys for store credits!”
“TLDR: I would absolutely recommend this store for their outstanding customer service. We bought two patio tables, a patio bench, and two chairs. The brand is made from recycled milk cartons and they’re made in the U.S! They’re sustainable, trendy, weather durable, and super comfortable! The owner even offered to help us load things into our car. Amazing products, service, and experience overall.
Review: My fiancée and I came in to see if we could find any outdoor furniture. I called about 10 different stores in the eugene/springfield area to see if anyone has any furniture. Every store either laughed, didn’t have any in stock, or was just kind of unhelpful. The owner answered my phone call and was extremely kind so I figured we would go in to take a look at what they had. This was the only store that treated us like genuine customers & people.
We’re a pretty unassuming couple so most stores we go into don’t really take us seriously. We’re in our mid 20s, we wear crocs and sweatpants most of the time, and we’re just casual people overall. So whenever we go anywhere, we don’t really get offered help because many just assume we’re there to browse or don’t have much money to spend. However, the owner of this shop was immediately friendly and began to engage with us to see what we were in looking for. I explained that I wanted to get patio furniture and she showed us options. We actually found a great brand that’s sustainable, it was 40% off, comfortable, weather durable, and extremely cute!! The product, the service, and the owner exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely continue to buy from here.”

“Target is always a fun place to look around but when you haven't been to one in way over a year, it's beyond exciting. Of course, I was looking for rugs, which isn't quite as exciting. There were so much at a Target. And, despite, my best efforts looking at everything, I left with only rugs. The rugs were really nice-thick, cushy and pretty to look at so I was very pleased. I would definitely go back to Target. It's a great store for everything you could need in the home.”
