“We had excellent service. The salesperson was very professional, understood our needs, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want, and got us a great deal. It couldn't have been better.”
“I always have a great experience at lazy boy. I have bought a few recliners over the years and they always last a very long time and the mechanical mechanisms are top quality. If you do have an issue they take care of it no problem. I would highly recommend them.”
“Bought a sofa that had to be ordered and built (not in stock). Took 4 weeks. Picked it up at the warehouse and bought it home. Meanwhile, wife was away on a trip and returned one week after I bought the sofa home. We unpacked it and put it in the living room. Wife found two things she was unhappy about - too firm, too tall (feet didn’t touch the floor). Went back to the store and asked the salesman who sold us the sofa if we could return it, (even though it was four days past the 72-hour return window), and he was willing to take it back and refund the full purchase price! This level of customer service really impressed me, and I strongly recommend doing business with Rife’s Home Furniture in Eugene, Oregon. Thank you so much, Manny! John R.”
“I have shopped at Brenner’s Furniture over the years. I went back to them and found what had seemed to be literally impossible, It was the perfect size, smaller dressers and nightstands, which were built for us. I even got to choose from the stain/color, and the handles. Excellent quality! David helped us find exactly what we were looking for and it was even delivered a little early. He went above and beyond for our family. Thanks again! -another happy customer”
“Fantastic inventory. Every interaction I have had has been pleasant. Prices on recliners are lower and moreover a better value than competitors. Stocks regional or otherwise high quality wood furniture.”
“Me and my family have been going here for many many years. This time me, my mother and my uncle all got a bed at the same time at the same appointment. David was on time, knowledgeable, friendly as always. The service provided are so nice and the options are exactly what you need at a wholesale price, David is the reason that we have slept so well all these years. The mattresses are amazing quality. Don't think twice. Make an appointment and go and try something out, David has price transparency so what you look at is what you get. David went out of his way to make sure me and my husband had the perfect mattress for us!! I can't thank him enough. Thank you so much!!”
“Highly recommend checking these guys out if you're in need of office furniture. I needed to purchase a new computer chair and decided to shop around the area first before trying to find a decent one online. Found Ron's company and contacted him about what he had available, to which he offered to set an appointment in order for me to try out a range of different chairs. When I met him at the appointment, I was happy to find that he was readily knowledgeable about the ergonomics and differing qualities of chairs in a range of price points. I was then further surprised when he ran through a list of options for how I wanted my chair to be including colors, materials, additional back support, etc. The entire process was smooth, informative, and reassuring that I was getting a chair that matched in quality what I paid in the price. Next time I or any of my friends are looking for office furniture I'll definitely make it a point to include Office Furniture Eugene!”
“This store is so much fun to find different decor at real bargain prices. I go around the store a couple of times because I always miss an item. The employees are so friendly. Can hardly wait for Christmas open house.”
“Called and spoke with Chuck who was the first person to answer out of 4 total watch repair locations I attempted. He was kind, straight to the point and very knowledgeable about the Hamilton Ventura Quartz that I had looking to get cleaned and repaired. Provided clear, concise and accurate information about the watch I had and what needed to be done to get it repaired.”
“Went in to find a futon mattress and walked away with not only a mattress but one of his custom bean bags. He had the bean bag done same day and he had the futon matress we wanted in stock. He was very knowledgeable and very kind to my very crazy children. Will be recommending this place to all we know.”
“Everyone is super nice, helpful and funny. The dude who installed my stuff was chill as shii, id hang out with him 10/10 will definitely be going back for future appliance purchases”
“Lexus helped us today at the Eugene store. We went in there without the biggest budget, and she had no problems matching that budget and helping us find the perfect bed. She didn't try to pressure us into spending more then we could, which we really appreciated. She met our needs perfectly. We really appreciated her knowledge about each type of bed she showed us. Very kind person to work with.”
“Randy helped me with a small work project recently and was extremely helpful. The craftsmanship on their furniture is beyond compare. Thank you for being so accommodating with our needs. The furniture is beautiful and works perfectly for our needs.”

“Can’t be more happy with the purchase I’ve made a year ago. The bed frame is sturdy and easy to assemble. The design is simple and elegant. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality wooden bed frame.”
“Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area this company will forever be known as Cost Plus to me. I went to the original Taylor Street (Fisherman's Wharf) store more times than I can remember. The smell of wicker always takes me back to that place and time. Like me they have grown and grown up. This is still a great store to look for those foreign childhood/vacation treats and brands. Their furniture and accessories have a broad style reach. It's always a great place to buy a large platter or some fun items for those special dinners. There are usually some good wine buys from New World vineyards. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The store typically immaculate and not at all crowded. Join their free club and get notified about ocassional freebies with purchase and stack buys for store credits!”
“I fell in love with the furniture and immediately ordered a square cushion chair in purple microfiber. The creator was incredibly kind and I had a wonderful experience in shop. The chair is made of sturdy, velvety material. It's filled with memory foam chunks and was custom made with my and my loved one's average weight range in mind. It's supportive and comforting. We use it in its flat pillow form as a meditation cushion, a bed for laying down and watching TV and as a floor couch for two visitors to sit at. I also use it in its side chair form for cozy nights. It's perfect for long stretches of reading. It's so comfy it makes everyone feel welcome and it's helped me manage my multiple disability symptoms from chronic illness and PTSD. AND it was very affordable. I'm super satisfied and much more rested! Please enjoy my cat modeling the furniture.”
“TLDR: I would absolutely recommend this store for their outstanding customer service. We bought two patio tables, a patio bench, and two chairs. The brand is made from recycled milk cartons and they’re made in the U.S! They’re sustainable, trendy, weather durable, and super comfortable! The owner even offered to help us load things into our car. Amazing products, service, and experience overall. Review: My fiancée and I came in to see if we could find any outdoor furniture. I called about 10 different stores in the eugene/springfield area to see if anyone has any furniture. Every store either laughed, didn’t have any in stock, or was just kind of unhelpful. The owner answered my phone call and was extremely kind so I figured we would go in to take a look at what they had. This was the only store that treated us like genuine customers & people. We’re a pretty unassuming couple so most stores we go into don’t really take us seriously. We’re in our mid 20s, we wear crocs and sweatpants most of the time, and we’re just casual people overall. So whenever we go anywhere, we don’t really get offered help because many just assume we’re there to browse or don’t have much money to spend. However, the owner of this shop was immediately friendly and began to engage with us to see what we were in looking for. I explained that I wanted to get patio furniture and she showed us options. We actually found a great brand that’s sustainable, it was 40% off, comfortable, weather durable, and extremely cute!! The product, the service, and the owner exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely continue to buy from here.”
“I have two adjustable bar stool chairs that used to belong to my brother, who passed away. The adjustment lever fell right out of one, making it unusable. I took it to several places, having trouble finding anyone who would try to fix it. Someone suggested Office World, and the staff, the service, and the work were all absolutely the best. I'm so glad I took it there! They took it apart, re-welded it, and it was less expensive than anticipated.”
“This is the best mattress store I’ve purchased from. They have a variety of styles to choose from. We chose Oregon made each time. Previously we purchased a kids bed and bookshelf head board. Today I had a custom size mattress made for my RV and it was perfect. It’s fits better than original. I highly recommend giving this place an opportunity to earn your business.”
“As it has said, their salespeople are not pushy! No need to be, their selection is the best, and you don't have to wait 2 months to get your furniture like at other furniture stores! My furniture was delivered in 2 days, I'm still waiting for my Ashley's furniture, a month later. Grrr.I'm a Rife's furniture customer for here on out.”
“I went into Kelly's furniture just the other day. Beautiful store and lots to pick from. Maija, and Cassie were absolutely wonderful. Both were very knowledgeable, and professional . If you've never been there before I would highly recommend stopping by.”
“Very friendly people and a great place to load. I arrived at 7:00 AM, and the entire process—including check-in, loading, and check-out—took only 25 minutes. Everything was quick, smooth, and well organized. I highly recommend this place!”
“Great customer service. We've bought many things from them the past several years. Very knowledgeable and if they didn't have what I needed to worked with me to order it.”

“Julie at Pottery Barn Eugene is truly exceptional! Every time I visit the store, she greets me with kindness, professionalism, and an impressive depth of knowledge about every product. She always takes the time to understand my style and needs, and she treats me with the utmost respect. Because of Julie, I now shop exclusively at Pottery Barn. Her guidance and warmth have made every shopping experience a joy, and I look forward to purchasing many new pieces in the future. Thank you, Julie, for making home design feel so personal and special!”
“Target is always a fun place to look around but when you haven't been to one in way over a year, it's beyond exciting. Of course, I was looking for rugs, which isn't quite as exciting. There were so much at a Target. And, despite, my best efforts looking at everything, I left with only rugs. The rugs were really nice-thick, cushy and pretty to look at so I was very pleased. I would definitely go back to Target. It's a great store for everything you could need in the home.”
Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
