“I’ve had multiple great experiences here in the past 2 years. The phlebotomists are kind and quick with their work. I have awful reactions to getting blood taken and when I share that info before I get my labs done they are understanding and often give me an ice pack to help with the anxiety. I’ve fainted before and it was embarrassing but the phlebotomist was wonderful to me despite the circumstances. I like that the stations have a whiteboard with information about them, it helps distract me as I despise getting my blood drawn.”

“I love this place and would give it five stars but I have to take a star off right now just to put this notice on here. I made an appointment months ago for a blood draw but no one is here. Apparently they're not open on weekends anymore but nobody notified me and I still just now got a text reminder of my appointment. I'm sitting out front of the door and no one is here. It's really frustrating. They're really the best phlebotomist's though. I've had no issues with them until today and it's not even their fault it's the company's fault for not notifying all the clients that come here.”
“The check in process was totally automated. The technician was dope. He got my draw in one stick, an I'm a hard draw. From the time I hit the door - checked in an was done getting my draw, like 7-8min. Not even joking. The best blood draw experience of my entire life!!! Thank you”
“Being able to make a quick appointment online ensures that you get taken in almost immediately. I've had to wait no more than 5 minutes every time. Making an appointment is key. Otherwise you could sit for hours as a walk-in. Phlebotomists are excellent and do it almost painfree.”
