“I was nervous about going after reading the poor reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I had an appointment and checked in on the kiosk machine which was easy. It gives you the option to stay in the waiting room, or in your car and receive a message when they are ready for you. I chose to wait in the car since I had my 8 year old with me. I was expecting and dreading to wait an hour after hearing some people talk in the waiting room and also reading the reviews, but I received a message to return to the waiting room shortly after I had checked in. The phlebotomist was friendly and helpful and also cared to ask how I was doing while drawing my blood. Overall great experience!”
“Tom was very flexible, accommodating and helpful in answering my questions. his prices were unmatched and straightforward with out extra fees. I was initially concerned about the legitimacy of this service because of the location. However I saw the process through and it was not a sham. He operates with a low overhead so he can pass the savings onto his customers. I had a legitamite positive experience with this man.”

I've really appreciated Josué's friendly personality, skill, technique, and helping me feel more comfortable there. I also really appreciated Victoria, in the past. “I took my daughter in for her first blood draw today, and it could not have gone better. The gentleman who helped us (I wish I had gotten his name) was incredibly kind and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. We didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I scheduled the appointment online, received a check-in link ahead of time, and we were greeted right away when we walked in. We pay cash, and the price was unbeatable. Overall, it was a truly great experience.”

“Aja is fantastic…. My 6 year old is terrified of blood draws and when I tell you they treated her with so much respect and autonomy I mean it. They let her choose the blood draw site and they waited until she was ready.
I am only ever coming here and I will call in advance to make sure Aja is available when it comes to my 6 year old. If you have small kids please seek out Aja and her team.”
