“This was the best experience.
I got an order for medical equipment from my doctor and was trying to find a place that could fill the order and charge my insurance. They weren’t able to bill my insurance, but the lady at reception took the time to call multiple stores to try and find someone who both had the equipment in stock and could bill my insurance.
When she found one, she wrote down their store, their phone number, their fax number, and the additional information that they would need from my doctor with the prescription in order to bill my insurance correctly.
It was a fantastic experience and was so relieving after getting no help from multiple pharmacies and no direction beyond “bring it to any big pharmacy” from my doctor. They were very nice, understanding, and just overall very pleasant to interact with.
If I am ever in need for equipment that my insurance will not cover, this is definitely where I will go!”
