“I brought my cpap machine from another area that would no longer be able to provide me service. Norco has been handling my supplies for about the last two years, and it has been quite easy to work with them.
What is prompting my review is the extra wonderful service I received when my machine started to malfunction. They are going to provide me with a functioning machine immediately upon my return to my new home area (as I've been away for a few weeks) and give me instructions on how to use everything on my updated machine. I'll even have a heated hose so I don't feel like I'm drowning!

Since I don’t live in the area, when my top arrived, the owner, Christina, graciously offered to personally deliver it to a close friend who will be visiting me this weekend from Eugene. I understand that this is not a service they typically provide, but I felt it was noteworthy to share because of Christina's outstanding commitment to her customers.”
