“The moving crew was great even if it was very hot that day. The saleswoman however originally made it go quickly but she didn’t quote the job right and I was charged extra for it. She was rude to me on the phone and basically yelled that I didn’t pay for packing while the crew was packing. We’re both seniors and she didn’t offer me a discount. She saw what we needed only to make matters worse because of the confusion for the workers and me during the move.”
