I was told I couldn’t unfold the blankets to look at them and had to present each one to them to have them unfold it for me and she was kind of rude about it. The quality of the blankets wasn’t really what I expected anyway, so I just left. Seems like they’ve started cutting corners and making these in China which...

The staff here are really nice. Fun Fact, this location is a smaller location and many of the furnishings are made out of repurposed materials from the original woolen mill.
