“Browsed the 5th Street Market and came upon Mindy's. I was blown away by all the BEAUTIFUL asian styled fashion! Met the owner, Mindy, and asked why she only sold needlepoint accessories on her website. Seems her customer-base is more interested in the variety of yarn and needlepoint canvases. However, she was so gracious and willing to email me photos of more kimono, pants, and asian inspired wraps. I had planned on the way back to WA, to stop by Clakamus Mall, but instead found all my shopping needs at Mindy's! I hope to continue purchasing more items from her store, in the future.”

“If you’ve never experienced Chasqui in Eugene, you’re missing out on something special. This place is the real deal when it comes to alpaca wool clothing.
The quality is exceptional—lightweight but shockingly warm, unbelievably soft, and clearly built to last. I’ve purchased both a hoodie and then a month later a sweater, and they’ve become instant favorites in my wardrobe. Perfect fit, zero itch, and I get compliments everywhere I go, especially on the patterns. It’s that kind of clothing—once you wear it, you understand.
The owner is genuinely kind and incredibly helpful, taking the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. And the prices? Very fair, especially considering this is 100% alpaca fleece. I had looked online but had a hard time finding clothing that was 100% alpaca, and the online pricing was more than at Chasqui. Plus I like supporting local business.
If you care about comfort, warmth, craftsmanship, and supporting a great local shop, Chasqui is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back for more.”
“This is a delightful store. It’s an eclectic mix of mens and womens clothing, and some cool vintage stuff. The owner is really friendly and was super helpful. They have parking right in front of the building, it’s very clearly labeled as being only for that building, so if someone wants to go to the coffee shop next-door, then they need to use a different parking space.”

“My son turns 13 next week and wanted to build his first custom skateboard for his birthday. We stopped by Zumiez and had an incredible experience from start to finish.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly team that made us feel welcome. The gentleman who helped my son build his board was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of his questions. He made the whole process fun and exciting.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Audrey, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, every employee we interacted with was so sweet and helpful. It’s rare to walk into a store and feel like the entire staff genuinely enjoys helping people.
What started as a shopping trip turned into a memory my son will never forget. Great customer service, great selection, and an overall fantastic experience. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday so special!”

Likewise, the price on the items with even 60-75% discount is still relatively high compared with the other branches with more variety as well as compared with other apparel stores.”

“I ordered two pairs of jeans online but they were the wrong size. So I decided to go into the store to see if they had them in stock there. Unfortunately they didn't, but the employee who helped me, named Em, was so incredibly helpful! The caliber of customer service she gave made me feel like was in a very high-end store with a personal shopper! She asked if I wanted her to do the exchange online for me, or find something in the store. I was tempted to try to find something in store for instant gratification, and she asked me all the questions needed to find what I was looking for. She hit it spot on, but I decided to still stick with the originals and she seamlessly reordered them for me and even asked about the length because I had previously been thinking I might like the short length instead.
