I have been using the pharmacy for years. The last few years, no one ever answers the phone. When you cant walk or drive due to fractured leg, it makes it harder to know if my script is ready. Please be mindful of disabled people who rely on those calls to make sure they are ready. Just answer the phone!!!

The pharmacy team is friendly and professional, they work as fast as they can, but under stressful conditions because they are understaffed. The Rite Aid Company needs to put a priority on hiring more help to maintaining good customer service. The wait times are long, but the team is trying their best.

I love this store! I have been shopping here a long time as I and my family had a home on the street behind this store when it was called Payless. We watched it being built.
