“Always a fun experience shopping at BM. I like finding new products and discounts on clearance items. Sometimes the store can feel a little cluttered. Friendly employees who show they care.”

“Great store with a huge selection of hardware, camping, electronics and home goods. This location is always super clean and the staff is always super friendly. I got help from Josh Ednof who was super helpful in finding the Sandpaper.”

“We really like Bi-Mart. We often have looked at other stores for a particular item only to find it at Bi-Mart for a better price. While it doesn't stock everything, it does have a wide array of items from sporting goods to hardware to tools to canning supplies to garden tools to stationery to TVs to vitamins to....
Membership is a nominal fee, and gives unlimited entrance to any of their stores.
In addition to having such an array of products, it's employee owned.”

“I swear the only place you can get the carton of woppers. Their prices are so low for things I'd expect to be like 50 bucks. It's so easy to shoe them your membership card and shop. It's worth your money and time.”

“The easiest, fastest, most personal pharmacy in town. Amazing for both prescriptions and vaccines. Never a line. Drop-in service always available. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“If ya can't find it here, ya probably aren't looking hard enough! (I'm joking of course.) This store definitely has a very unique vibe to it, almost like a flee market but it's all modern new stock, not used items. It's great, tickles that curiosity itch. Every time I've been here everyone's been very courteous, genuinely kind, and helpful. Some things might be priced slightly higher (still entirely reasonable prices), but totally worth it for supporting local business. Mosdef check then out! (The pharmacy is on point too, never had any issues.)

Ps: they gave away free safety goggles before during a surplus or something. Was super cool! They're probably out now, I was given a pair at checkout I think like a month or so ago? Regardless was still a rad thing to do. Especially since I'm a mechanic! (I didn't even mention that to the guy, funny coincidence.) Just goes to show it has that good family energy goin on (:”

“Highly recommend Broadway Apothecary if you need compounded medication. They are helpful and informative and work to get insurance coverage. I have allergies to inactive ingredients and they make my meds hypoallergenic and get me the appropriate forms to get reimbursed when there are insurance issues.”

“Managed Healthcare Pharmacy is great to work with for all four of my adult family homes. A Place To Call Home home has had a consistently positive experience with this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their supervisor has gone above and beyond to make sure our medications are delivered promptly and that we have safe medication storage. Their service is prompt, and I've never encountered any delays or issues with our prescriptions. Most importantly, their attention to detail is outstanding—our medications have been prepared with complete accuracy and have been error-free. It's reassuring to know I can count on them for safe, reliable care. Highly recommend!”

“Love that they mail me my prescriptions in bubble packs. When I've had to go there in person there's never been a line. Not even 1 person ahead of me, or behind me. Their full time is incredibly fast.”

“Walmart pharmacy Green Acres has been a pharmacy “breath of fresh air”! Due to staffing levels it has been very challenging to contact pharmacies by phone and to fill medications in a reasonable time frame. Walmart appears not have the severity to of staffing issues other pharmacies do. I have now filled several prescriptions for myself and my family at Walmart and have been very impressed with their extended pharmacy hours (compared to other local pharmacies), short wait times in line, friendliness and their ability to fill prescriptions right away. Highly recommend Walmart Green Acres!”

“Hailey was amazing to work with. She got my prescription done within and hour of the order being sent to them and constantly kept me up to date on progress whether it was txting or calling. She is so incredibly kind and made my 1st experience great. ☺️”

“The Safeway pharmacy staff on 40th in Eugene are amazing. I've been coming here for several years now, and have continued even after moving out of the area because it's worth the extra drive.

Judy, Cyndi, Hailey, and Keenan are just a few of the exceptional staff here who are always kind and helpful and often go above and beyond to help with my family'e pharmacy needs.

There is sometimes a line, but they move through it quickly and still manage to make you never feel rushed.”

“Found everything I was looking for, plus discount coupons helped get the price down. They have a good selection of items.
They could use more help because it was hard to find someone.”

“I’ve used a number of different pharmacies over the past few years, and Walmart on West 11th is the best of the bunch. Wait times are consistently reasonable, even at peak hours. The Walmart app lets me see which prescriptions are ready for refill, lets me pick the ones I need refilled, and shows the status while it’s being refilled. Very handy, very efficient.”

“Trevor helped me to transfer a prescription to get antibiotic drops for my ear. I called 4 pharmacies that didn't have it in stock but this one had the generic. Thank you!”

“After experiencing all pharmacy services in the area (with the exception of Walmart), I've settled on Walgreens. Without naming names, my previous provider was over charging Medicare and I thought that was grossly inappropriate. This company really does an excellent job. Their employees are working their butts off, managing an overwhelming workload with efficiency and a smile. This recommendation is coming from a retired pharmacist that knows the ropes.”

“At NW Pharmaceutical I was greeted by a very friendly pharmacist and his staff, who provided me with effective and affordable compounds that worked perfectly. The pharmacist took the time to give me very clear instructions regarding the injectable compound and answered the few questions I had.
I'll definitely be going back!”

“Jeff and Rebecca worked diligently and expediently to resolve issues I'd been having with Omnicare. These issues remained unresolved for 1 month, BHS took care of it in less than 3 days.”

“I don’t know why this place has bad reviews - a long line is normal at ANY pharmacy during peak hours… anyway, everyone here is wonderfully professional, kind and super helpful. I’m here regularly enough to say that no one was ever rude or unprofessional with me - ever. Good people work here and everyone has been awesome with me. I’m very happy this is my local pharmacy. No complaints! Everyone is great ?”

“BiMart on W. 18th is the most accommodating retail store I've ever shopped at. I'm 77 and they go out of their way to take care of any needs I have. The staff is extremely helpful in the store or on the phone. They have great plants in the spring and fall. The prices are good and product also.”

“I am happy with the service at this pharmacy. As long as you don't go at peak times the line is relatively short. I had a couple vaccines here as well, and they were quick and professional. You can tell they are understaffed (like most pharmacies) and are doing their best. It pays to be kind and patient if you want good service.”

“I went into the pharmacy this morning and made sure I was the first one there because I’m in pain and I’m eager to begin my treatment with my prescriptions. The tech behind the desk, named Kee, was not only rude and condescending to me, but also to the customer behind me and seemed to be giving the pharmacist, Tony, a hard time as well. She was upset that I was there as soon as they opened and I told her I didn’t mind waiting. I was thankful for the service.

I’ve never left a review before, so seriously “Kee” needs to brush up on their customer service skills. I don’t know why Kee had such an attitude first thing in the morning…

I waited patiently got my prescriptions, the pharmacist went over them with me and I went on about my day. I love that Pharmacy and the pharmacist, Tony, is so knowledgeable and helpful and always has been. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 20 years now and never had an experience like this. Thanks Kee! (Not)”

“The pharmacists and staff are excellent. We have been going here for years. My complaint is with what I assume to be administrative decisions to keep the pharmacy staff understaffed and thus overworked. The line can be quite long and the wait has been as long as an hour with only one window open and no one to answer the phone. The pharmacy always gets my prescriptions correct and staff (pharmacists and staff) are courteous, friendly and efficient.”

“In my area we had pharmacies that were closing when we had COVID. I had used other pharmacies before that. I was having two pharmacy shop during that time as some of the pharmacies could not get my medication. I have always been able to get my medication when I need it, usually a week or so before it is needed. I really like that when it is time for a refill that they text and let me know. That is very convenient and I like the fact that I don't have to try to figure out when I should order medication. I am also a Costco member.”

“This specific location and the people in it are wonderful. Company wise it's definitely one of the better pharmacies. Most of the problems came down to insurance or supply issues which they try their best to deal with but it sometimes isn't up to the pharmacy or people there. The Fred Meyer system itself has had some glitches or weirdness too, but the people working there do their best and it's appreciated.”

“I've been going to this pharmacy for 20 years, and I have been pleased with their service. I would give a 5 star rating if they would open the second window for service when there are more than 3 customers waiting in line. I have seen plenty of rude, impatient, and unreasonable customers, so my hat's off to the workers for keeping their cool.”

“The pharmacy is usually busy but the pharmacists Dale and Penny are my favorite and make it worth the long wait. I am a regular there (feels like I am there every week ugh) and appreciate the great customer service and friendly pharm techs who manage the front end. Highly recommend ?”
