Horrendous prices; the OTC meds are 50% to 90% higher than elsewhere. It's like an airport shop except I didn't hear any announcements for arriving and departing planes.
A particular standout was $9.29 for the box of 6 large regular Salonpas pain patches. Other stores are selling it for between $5.23 and $7.

Based on the previous reviews I was hella nervous to visit the store but they did pick my call up and the in-store staffs are really friendly!

Staffed by folks that will not go out of their way for you. If they are out of a prescription I was told “it is not their job to call other rite aids to find it.” So I was left with no help and the staff allowed another patient to harass me at the store. Do not go here. Do not support this store. I got a response to call their customer number about this but it’s a general 800 number and I know it if I call they will sugar coat stuff and do nothing. I’m not going to call but I would like to see the stuff at this store either fired or trained to learn their job description. I am more than willing to meet with someone in person in store. You can reply you care but you truly don’t. I will call you if you promise to fire the current pharmacist

I would go with 5 stars , except the inventory was a bit streamlined. Think some business issues are getting resolved and more stuff will be in next week. Hate to see these guys struggle, give them some support. Really great beer and wine selection if you are into that.

The worse pharmacy customer service ever.
If I had somewhere much better to go to I would in a Miro half a second.

Rite aid on echo hollow in Eugene didn’t update their winter hours on Google, 12/2/24… I drove in the cold and fog for an important prescription and was turned away!!!

Do not make this location your go to pharmacy if you value your time. I have been having my pills refilled at this location for almost four years here. Don’t ask me why I never wised up in this time but I’ve now made the much needed switch. During these four years, I either call to confirm if my pills are in or to refill them. Not once, I’m not even joking, not even once have I ever been able to reach a real person. I’ve chosen the option to speak to a real person each and every time just to see if it will ever work and it never has, just recycles the whole call. I’ve called at all hours of the day, can’t even reach someone who works upfront as a cashier. I’m halfway convinced the phones don’t work at all. I’ve been frustrated enough to finally make the switch to another pharmacy, and what do ya know? They actually answer the phone and fill prescriptions like a pharmacy should. I could make an entire separate review on the amount of times that I have been told my pills would be ready on a certain day, just to wait in the 30+ minute line, just to be told it isn’t ready and to come back in an hour. Rinse and repeat. Not to mention the time I was in the middle of paying for my medication, and in the time it took for them to hand it to the cashier someone had miraculously lost the entire bottle and I had to come back another day. Someone please do something about this. I know pharmacy’s have a horrible rep as is, but if you can’t even answer a phone when it’s ringing (like every other regular business does) you aren’t doing yourselves any favors.

Horrible expirences with the pharmacy. Filling through thier automated system never works. No one answers phone when I try to call to confirm my prescription is ready. This last prescription which was a normal refill took 3 different requests 2 trips to rite aid and an hour of waiting. Total frustration. I will look forward to changing pharmacy before I need another refill. This is a constant problem.

This store has a real issue getting meds filled on a timely matter! Or letting you know if they can't fill one!
They also don't keep to a open close schedule just when ever they feel like opening or closing ?♀️

My main complaint is that this store is not ADA complaint! You have to walk to the back of the store and stand in. There is no accommodation for the handicapped, no electric scooter, no wheelchair to sit in while waiting in line. If you sit in the chairs available customers will crowd in front of you. Not a user friendly facility! David is the only reason we have stayed around this long!

I recently had a very good experience with my visit to Rite Aid. My associate was very cordial and had great customer service. I want to thank her very much a warm welcome and assistance during my visit.
