“This store actually carries QUALITY brands of shoes.I drove to the city from southern oregon to buy shoes. I went to every store in town, and the selection was mostly cheap, but still high prices.Shoe a holic was our last stop, and they are BY FAR THE BEST. They have lots of options and varieties of brands that I know last like Merrill, Born,Dansko, Teva, DocMartin's, Uggs exc...I don't leave reviews often, but I could have saved myself an entire day of shoe shopping if I would have went there first.I want shoes that will last and fit my style, this place had it all.”

“I love this store! Always have my size, cool van's I haven't seen yet, usually have sales of some kind going on, and the managers are always on top of there store as well as very knowledgeable. I usually try to buy at least 2 pairs of shoes when I go. If you like vans, then you should probably check it out. And the prices aren't that far away from online.”

It's understandably a back to school wonderland: especially for unicorn and hello kitty lovers. Trending bento boxes were great price. Blown away by the particular purses (I see you Tory Burch) and shoes (harder to find Doc Martins) available. Kierstyn was very helpful finding a missing price tag. Went home with a notebook, shoes, top and slacks. Loving the 25% off right now.”
“This store had a good selection of products when I was here last. I had ordered a few things online and needed to bring back the items that didn't work. The associates here were helpful in processing the return and in helping me order something they didn't have in the store. My friend who was with me was also impressed with their inventory, and ended up purchasing some fingerless gloves that are ideal for her to wear while playing piano in the winter.”

“Selection is pretty good, but not a lot of sizes. Also I I don’t understand why I have to give my email address in order to get a receipt.The shoes ended up being too small for my son and I had to go back to exchange them. Since I didn’t have my receipt the salesman said he would have to give me the lowest sale price which was $49.99. I paid $100 for them. He ended up looking up my transaction and credited my card, but it was quite the process. If customers had the option to get a paper receipt, it would have made the experience better.I called corporate and was not understood. I had to discontinue the call because we were just going in circles and not getting anywhere.”
“Kiana was so helpful and patient!! I bought some shoes as a gift but the recipient didn’t like the make of shoes I picked out. Luckily the return process was quick and easy due to Kiana’s assistance, especially during the busy retail season. Kiana definitely deserved a raise!!!”
“I love the large variety of shoes and products from casual wear to dressy. Recently I purchased a pair of shoes I thought was my size, only to find out when I got home, they were 1/2 size too small, therefore tight. Thankfully, I had not worn them outside, so returned with the box and sales slip. The clerk and store manager were friendly and accommodating. I could have not been treated better and received a full refund. (Not always the case in some stores). I have recommended DSW to neighbors, and they too were completely satisfied! Jan B”
“Very good experience for me at the Nike store in Eugene. It’s a pretty shop on the inside. Great assistance from salesperson Ross: he was knowledgeable and friendly.
Nice selection of kicks, but given that this is Eugene, birthplace of Nike, I had been expecting a little extra something something (as Coach Bennet on Nike Run Club might say) in the store, such as relaying Nike history or having a bigger colorway selection or unique colorways. There were Bowerman colorways currently available which are a nice choice.”
