South Eugene Storage is a well-kept, clean, and secure storage facility. The management is excellent, friendly, helpful, and very responsive, constantly going out of their way to assist customers. The staff is amazing and takes great pride in their jobs. The facility itself is clean, appealing, and easy to access, with beautiful flowers and landscape. Units are always cleaned and prepped before move-in. Customers report reasonable rates, just below other facilities in the area, and highly recommend it over others that may cost more. Many note having zero issues over years of use, with no security problems. The on-site managers provide timely responses and add welcoming touches like holiday decorations and special treats. It is a great place trusted for both personal and business storage needs.
This was buying something from someone who stores here, but it looks very well-kept and clean. I may consider moving here.

Reasonable rates, secure storage, and most of all, very responsive management. We had a houseful of belongings and an RV there for a year and had zero issues. I have had a storage unit here for 15 years...yes, I know, but it is part of my business, just not my own personal storage. The managers are helpful, and they keep the grounds pretty clean. I appreciate that the managers are on site. I have never had any sort of a security problem.
