I have done business with Brad and South Eugene Storage for several years and I have nothing but good to say. The staff is amazing, the facility is clean and easy to access and the units are always cleaned and prepped before you move your items in. I would trust this storage facility with any and all of my items and storage needs. If you’re looking for a great facility, give South Eugene Storage a call, trust me!!

Reasonable rates, secure storage, and most of all, very responsive management. We had a houseful of belongings and an RV there for a year and had zero issues. When we contacted management, responses were always timely and questions answered. We highly recommend this facility over others that may cost more...this is a great place!

I have been a customer of South Eugene Storage for over a year. The management is excellent, friendly, helpful, and constantly goes out of their way to help me, and trust me I am always needing something. The flowers and landscape are beautiful and the facility is clean and appealing. They do little things decorate at holiday time and even give special treats on special occasions, including coffee and snacks when I go to the office. I wish more people took the pride in their jobs and place of employment these folks do. The hours are great, and the prices are just below other facilities in the area that I called when first getting a unit. Very pleased with the whole storage experience. Will definitely be back!

I have had a storage unit here for 15 years...yes, I know, but it is part of my business, just not my own personal storage. The managers are helpful, and they keep the grounds pretty clean. I appreciate that the managers are on site. I have never had any sort of a security problem.

Was told they don't allow vehicles to be stored that are older than 20 years regardless of condition. You're a storage unit 30 feet from the freeway lol, how are you going to be elitist?

Made a reservation online, never signed anything, canceled it before moving anything in and they insisted they had a no refund policy which is not listed anywhere. Then trying to get ahold of them just to get that information was an absolute pain. The woman we finally spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Horrible customer service! They will terminate your rental for no reason. No return of phone calls. No manager present to help. The male manager is only interested to help when he is angry at his ex-wife and wants to take it out on elderly female tenants like my mother. He then proceeds to tell you all about his ex-wife and how everything is her fault. This place should be closed down.
