“Bowtech is a company that has an amazing following of avid hunters as well as competitive shooters that love their bows.. now I know why.
I personally had an amazing experience where my first Bowtech that I had for 10 years eventually had an issue with the riser. After some conversations with the warranty and service department they basically bent over backwards to help Get me back out shooting with a replacement bow.
They stand behind their lifetime warranty.. can't beat that type of value.”
“I went here about a month ago to get some batting practice in after 8 years of no baseball. Can't say I was any good, but the facility was definitely amazing. Staff there was kind and helpful. And the prices were affordable, including some of the gear that they sold had some pretty low prices. If you're into batting then this is definitely a fun place to take your kids or yourself. Hit some dingers!”

“I went into Title Nine in Eugene a couple of years ago and found my favorite-ever bathing suit. The staff was super friendly and encouraging which is nice when shopping for a bathing suit. Who doesn't love a little body positivity! Since then, it has always felt like a place I am happy to support. Yesterday I happened to be passing by and popped in. I found a couple of pieces that I liked but wasn't sure about. After Ashley helped me style them, they were perfect though. Wanly was also super helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to go shopping and have the staff feel more like friends than salespeople. Ashley and Wanly were both honest about what looked good and what suited me. They made the whole experience really outstanding. Title Nine is all about the experience! From start to finish, you know you can count on finding quality, good vibes, and versatile clothing that will last.”

Huge shoutout to the REI team in Eugene for going above and beyond! After my Thule roof rack keys were stolen, Luca and Katie teamed up to help me out—trying what looked like hundreds of keys to find one that worked with my locks. I left them to the challenge while I shopped, and to my amazement, they cracked the code!
Not only did they find a working key, but they also removed the old locks and installed new ones—all with great attitudes and no sign of frustration, despite how long it took. They made me feel like helping me was a priority, not a hassle.
I also want to thank the manager in the bike department who played a big role in all of this—I’m just bummed I didn’t get his name.

Also I I don’t understand why I have to give my email address in order to get a receipt.The shoes ended up being too small for my son and I had to go back to exchange them. Since I didn’t have my receipt the salesman said he would have to give me the lowest sale price which was $49.99. I paid $100 for them. He ended up looking up my transaction and credited my card, but it was quite the process. If customers had the option to get a paper receipt, it would have made the experience better.I called corporate and was not understood. I had to discontinue the call because we were just going in circles and not getting anywhere.”

Nice selection of kicks, but given that this is Eugene, birthplace of Nike, I had been expecting a little extra something something (as Coach Bennet on Nike Run Club might say) in the store, such as relaying Nike history or having a bigger colorway selection or unique colorways. There were Bowerman colorways currently available which are a nice choice.”
