The Campbell House Inn is a wonderful and cute place to stay, offering a quiet and clean environment. The inn consists of two separate houses: the main house and the carriage house. Rooms are tastefully decorated with an old timey charm, are very plain but comfortable, and include modern amenities like a small refrigerator. The grounds and beautiful gardens are perfectly manicured with lots of greenery and flowers. The inn is ideally situated within walking distance to downtown, the park, and historic buildings. There is adequate parking in the inn's lot, though trailer parking is difficult. The friendly staff and front desk provide an excellent welcome and service, available until 10 o’clock at night. Guests receive a complimentary glass of wine at arrival and cookies, with tea and coffee available throughout the day. Breakfast is very good, delicious, photo-worthy, and very copious, featuring items like scones, waffles with poached pears, and savory sandwiches. It is noted as tasty but small by some. A potential drawback is very loud train whistles throughout the night. Overall, the attention to detail and well-maintained property make for a very good stay.

Very nice alternative to a typical hotels, we felt like sleeping in museum 😁👍 Beatiful surroundings, the stuff that work there are very friendly and helpful. Please give a raise to a cook, our breakfast was phenomenal, seriously!! Definitely looking forward to comeback someday!

Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and a nature park with a short hike to an overlook. Very helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and easy parking. I highly recommend!
