“Over many years I have been to several auto repair shops in Eugene. Autohaus has been by far the very best in providing the highest quality work at a fair price. Jesse and his team are highly knowledgeable mechanics. They saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repair work that was recommended by other shops. All aspects of their customer service is excellent! They are absolutely the best repair shop in the area!Services: Electrical repair”
“Very kind and educational staff with a very clean and organized space. Seems like they're always busy helping new customers which is a good sign in Auto Service”
“Love this place. I get consistently good service here, they do all kinds of maintenence on my prius, they're thorough with keeping up with what's needed, and their pricing is fair!”

“Josh at Wyatt’s Tire is an angel in mechanics clothing!! I had a flat tire heading home from work, driving by Wyatt’s where I purchased the tires, I drove in 20 minutes before closing and Josh had me back on the road in 10 minutes, free of charge due to the warranty. Thank you Josh and Wyatt’s for being AMAZING!”

“The team helped us out after we tried to add air to our tires at a gas station and ended up letting out more air then we could add and making the problem even worse. They were so kind and had our tires back in good shape in a flash. We were able to get right back on the road and felt so much safer for the rest of our trip.”
“Mike and the boys at Oakmont are the best. Been going there 20 years and they have always taken care of me with respect and honesty. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, which is hard to find I would highly suggest giving them a call.”
“Tires on a budget.
Bought a full set of lightly used Offroad tires for a 1/4 of the price of what they would’ve cost new. No issues so far, the tires are practically brand new. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone”
“Very grateful to find a shop that could get me in same day, do an alignment, and give me a thorough diagnosis without feeling like there was an “upsell” happening. Friendly staff, clean environment, and it was clear that several customers in there were regulars that had great report with the employees.”
“Love this place, great service honest answers, they don't try to sale you tires when you tell them what is the best tire for your budget,They also are always ready to help.It dose stay very busy always best to make appointments. Wish they could incorporate giving rides untill vehicle is done ,however that's a hard one..it would be nice tho....great place!”

“Really tight spot to pull in with 53ft, better park and talk to someone to get exact directions. Friendly stuff, will help in yard. No docks as far as I understand they will tell u where to park and then pull out ramp to u. Fast unloading. In and out pretty quick.”
“I, a 22 year old female, found myself driving on the freeway with a completely flat tire not far from Nagees. I nagivated to a lot behind his shop and gave him a call as I was confused about if the shop even existed and was unable to drive my car at all. He walked to the back and immediately helped me where my car was located so I didn’t have to drive on it more and got it done quick, helped me (I’m clueless) understand why my tire had gone flat and ensured that I fixed the issue there and gave me a great price on my new tires and my rim repair. I was new to the area and completely alone, knowing no one in Oregon. The Nagees car shop made me feel safe and I forever appreciate the workers help in my desperate time of need.”

“Make an appointment and you'll be taken care of! We got new tires and it took about an hour. Great prices and warranty when compared to other local places. 10/10.”
“Kudos to the fantastic crew that repaired my SUV tire with a screw I could see in it…. Bonus: NO COST?! Was not expecting a free service!
This store consistently has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time….once my SUV was dropped off by the tow truck, within approx 40 minutes, they called to say it’s ready! Literally had to wait 3x longer for the tow truck to get the SUV. Thanks East Eugene Les Schwab… you are winning.”
“My family.has used this location for both personal, and work for years and have had such great service that since I've moved I drive back here. ( recently was helped by Trey)”
“Great place! Very friendly and was happy to help. Was in need of a 2nd vehicle fast and I was able to walk away with just that! I believe the sales person was Mike (I have horrible memory) he was very polite and helpful I will be recommending them!!!”
“Went into store driving a rental with an oversized sheet metal screw in the middle of the tread. Fixed in 20 minutes - no charge for repair. Wish we had them back in Pennsylvania.”
“In from out of town and had a slow leak in a tire. Turned out to be just a loose valve stem. It could’ve claimed anything I didn’t have time to inspect it myself, But the team was honest with me and didn’t charge me. Really appreciate their honesty. Thank you.”
“Last year, I had to get 4 new tires at Les Schwab due to a punctured tire. I felt uncomfortable since I just bought brand new Costco tires the year before but I read online that AWD vehicles do need to replace all 4. I usually go to Costco (Montana) but LS had decent reviews and the Costco here has terrible reviews. It didn't 'feel' right after my LS experience but I went with it.
Fast forward a year and the guy at LS rated my tire thread on my new tires wrong. I went to get snow tires on and he documented 5/32 (aka half worn) after only a year and 10k miles. It didn't sit right with me (again).
I decided to go to TireSport for a second opinion because I just had a bad feeling. The guy there measured my tires (they are not half worn but in fact brand new and looking good) and showed me a bunch of things, in addition to answering questions correctly. I was pretty sure I don't need chains with my snow tires (the LS guy said I did; TireSport confirmed what I had read on ODOT).
Again, I never had any issues at LS but I just felt uneasy there (like the guys there didn't know what they were doing; not that they were malicious but just working for a big chain). I felt like I was getting good and accurate information at TireSport from people who truly do have the expertise & experience. Bonus: I appreciate people who show me instead of just telling me what's wrong or right. I'll be switching to them in the future!”
