“My daughter was in a car accident on Friday 11/10. We had to go to the A+ towing yard today, to get her things out of the car. John met us there, and was SO patient with us. He was considerate, and helpful. He didn't make us feel rushed, or like we were an inconvenience in anyway. After we were done, my daughter had a little breakdown and John took the time to come over to us, and told us "from the looks of the car, You got lucky. Cars can be replaced, YOU can't." We really appreciate the kindness he showed us today. Thank you John!”

“We lost our home to a fire and I called Bryce from Farwells Towing and expressed my concern on getting my 66 Dodge Dart and my husband's 78 Chevy truck towed away from the site. Both are disabled vehicles and the Chevy has flat tires. Bryce not only showed up in a timely manner but also treated our vehicles with care and did not cause any damages at all! Which is always a concern with older vehicles.I have used Farwell's Towing in the past and will continue to not only use them for my own Towing needs but also recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. They care, they're reasonable, and they're professional. 5 Stars to Bryce & his crew!!”

“I think I entered another dimension, a place where customer service and honesty still exist. My visit today put me into shock but in a very good way.I took my vehicle in this morning for a very simple "repair" but one I could not do myself. Without going into unneeded details about the repair, I fully expected it to be with them all day for this small "repair".My (first) shock came when I got a call about 2-hours after I dropped it off and was told it was all done, problem solved. I was very happy they got it done so fast and would have been more than pleased with this alone. But my real shock came when I picked it up. I pulled out my credit card to pay for the repairs and was told "no charge"!!! Who does that in this day and age??? This really made my entire day.Obviously with this customer service, and taking care of a customer who had only been there once before a long time ago, they really know how to impress somebody. A shop like this really needs to be at the top of your speed dial for auto repairs; they are on the top of mine now and I will be back. Awesome job!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance”

I’ve brought a couple transmissions to them, a 5 speed manual off my 1987 Toyota that the input shaft bearing had failed, they were able to clean it up and get me back on the road for a truly honest price considering my situation. Since then I’ve had them rebuild an automatic transmission out of a 2001 Honda CR-V in a customer/ friend’s rig that had slipping issues, installed in the car it’s been running great since!
