“We lost our home to a fire and I called Bryce from Farwells Towing and expressed my concern on getting my 66 Dodge Dart and my husband's 78 Chevy truck towed away from the site. Both are disabled vehicles and the Chevy has flat tires. Bryce not only showed up in a timely manner but also treated our vehicles with care and did not cause any damages at all! Which is always a concern with older vehicles.I have used Farwell's Towing in the past and will continue to not only use them for my own Towing needs but also recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. I’ve brought a couple transmissions to them, a 5 speed manual off my 1987 Toyota that the input shaft bearing had failed, they were able to clean it up and get me back on the road for a truly honest price considering my situation. Since then I’ve had them rebuild an automatic transmission out of a 2001 Honda CR-V in a customer/ friend’s rig that had slipping issues, installed in the car it’s been running great since! “I visited this store, which had all the supplies you could want for a move. I did a U-Box Container move from Springfield, OR to Las Vegas, NV. It was $1600. I was quoted over $3k for POD. I didn't see much reviews or info about renting a container. We also lived closer to Walterville with an extremely steep driveway so I wasn't sure how all of this was going to go.

To my surprise and delight, this was one of the smoothest parts of my move. I input all of my info online. They called the next day to confirm a time for drop off. They also asked for pics that could be uploaded through the app. Because of the driveway, the semi wasn't able to come in so the driver swung by with a trailer instead.

On the day it was supposed to be picked up, they gave me an 8-5 window. Without any incident, they swung by and picked up the trailer by 9:30. They picked up the box on Aug and said it should be in Vegas by the 11th. It actually beat me there! It arrived on the 6th! Thankfully, it was at a storage facility so that wasn't a big deal. I hired movers and through the app, requested the date/time I wanted access to the container. I arrived at the U-Haul in Vegas and they led me to a bay and there's my box, all safe and sound. The movers unloaded it. I asked the office staff if they needed anything more from me. Nothing was needed and I received my receipt via email.

The app was fantastic and they offered furniture pads which was immensely helpful. If I move in future, I'm definitely using them. Driving a moving truck over such a long distance is a hassle and with gas prices what they are, I was ok paying the container price. Like I said, POD was over double the price for moving a 1 bedroom. Insanity.

I can't thank U-Haul enough for excellent customer service, having an immensely useful app, and making my stressful move that much easier. More people need to know about this service!

First photo is when I was loading in Oregon. I had a little ramp because of the trailer. I think otherwise it would normally be on the ground. The second photos are when I accessed it in Vegas. I didn't have much furniture. I could have fit a lot more in here. Maybe for two people you'd need maybe 2 or 3 of these containers? I think the more you have, the more complicated it would get, but I still think it's such an awesome way to ship things as someone who has always done moving trucks, towing your car. This is a dream in comparison!”

“It definitely sucks that they're located all the way down in Eugene and commute was difficult. But they were all very professional and friendly. Understandably they had to deal with irritable and profoundly ignorant people, I was quite impressed with how the personnel working for this towing company handled them all.”

“Was in Oakridge in my company vehicle and needed to tow the vehicle to Klamath Falls as I had a parked brake fault error on my dashboard and the vehicle wouldn't move. After Fleet Response assigned a different company twice and then have them decline twice. After waiting for 4 hours with fleet response I was able to get in touch with my manager and they set me up with T & M towing. They came out promptly and got me all taken care of. They were very professional and would highly recommend them.”
