Wow Solomon was so incredibly rude and immature. I was in the drive through and he told me I had to go in to finish my transaction and I told him the previous teller had done the exact transaction for me last week through the drive through and he didn’t even let me finish the sentence and cut me off and continued to make derogatory comments. Just really sad to see a grown man speaking to other people that way. Smh

Obviously has not gotten any better. Been banking at US for years. Wanted a withdrawal from two of my accounts through the drive through ( also have been doing this for years) was told I could only do one transaction. Withdrew 700$ was not asked what denominations I needed and was thrust 7 100$ dollar bills through the drawer without being given a choice. Not the first bad experience I have had in just the last year and have had several accounts with US over the last 22 years. I will be switching all of my accounts at US to my other bank.

Zero customer service. Their answer to any question about being unable to log in to online banking (US Bank admitted problem was on their end) is call customer service though you already had and gotten no satisfaction. The tellers, banker and branch manager all said "make an appointment" so they could then call the same useless customer service. I attempted to place a letter via email to US Banks customer service and it rejected it as spam! ZERO help anywhere with them.CLASSIC! They just replied to this and didn't read it! I said the customer service line didn't help and they said that's who to call.

Aaron Shrope should probably not stand there laughing at people. Its incredibly rude and makes people feel unwelcome and definitely didn't make us want to open an account here.

What a horrible experience. Jennifer at the desk would not listen, or communicate appropriately with us. Her attitude was unprofessional. When asked to speak with a manager she denied us. Would not recommend this branch. She ended up leaving us at the counter to have someone else come and walked off. Absolutely the worst bank experience. Would give no stars if I could.

Traumatic! I have been a customer of US Bank for years. I went in to report sudden death of my former husband of forty years and to provide the branch with the death certificate. I had to stand in line and give all the info to the teller. The teller had to ask a fellow worker/manager(?) a question regarding the procedure and the worker/manager was talking very loud about a sensitive situation instead of taking me aside to a quiet place to discuss this situation. The staff at that branch sure could use some sensitivity training.

Well you make an appointment for a reason. Then sit in the lobby for over an hour while other people with appointments that are 30 minutes after yours get helped first.

Absolute trash customer service! Arturo is fully incompetent at his job. He wastes precious time and sends us on a wild goose chase for something that was his fault to begin with. Can’t speak to the rest of the staff but I would avoid this CSR like the plague.

53 year customer, 830+ credit rating, multiple accounts, never a late payment....you would think we might get a little respect....NO! Deposited 2 large CASHIERS CHECKS to open a trust account on May 18, 2021. Went in on May 21 to obtain 2 checks to pay beneficiaries. Nope, funds "not available" and "put on hold" by a mythical (you can't talk to them) back room. Art Rodriguez contacted the issuing bank, verified the checks had cleared and said their manager, again the "mythical" Aaron, would try to get the hold released. Nope! Couldn't be done. Deposited another large check on May 21, from an insurance company and that was immediately available???? Then to add to the insults, received a form letter saying, in part, "they were taking this action because they have information to lead them to believe that the checks (again, CASHIERS CHECKS) may not be paid!! Of course, this is a flat out lie as there was no information in that regard. They have no respect for long-term customers. Terrible!

Ridiculous that we are STILL waiting in a drive through line that wraps around the building, burning through gas for one teller to process transactions. Starting to wonder if I should just go out of my way to bank at the Coburg Rd location which seems to have no problem assisting clients during Covid. I just waited in line for 20 minutes and it’s not even Friday.

A couple of checkers are nice. But the Manger is awful! I spoke with Melissa, who told me she could wave my accidental overdraft and I spoke to the manager as well, he said it would be taken care of. They only refund me 15 dollars out of the 36$ when I called they said that's all they could do. Then don't tell me it's taken care of! When I was in tears explaining that I lost my job and still waiting for my unemployment 15 weeks later, they were just rude and cold! I feel physically ill thinking how someone could treat people like this!
