This is the worst branch ever. They’re customer atrocious. As I’m waiting in the drive through. You can just see them talking and in their phones. Do better USBank.

Made a deposit that was exactly $1,000.00 teller grabbed it whilst asking me how much is there, I told him, he put it through machine and proceeded to tell me it was $690.00. TOTAL RUBBISH!! Never ever going back to that branch AGAIN!! If I could give it zero star I would!!! I’ve been a US bank customer for 37 years!

Aaron Shrope should probably not stand there laughing at people. Its incredibly rude and makes people feel unwelcome and definitely didn't make us want to open an account here.
